Government intervention in the form of laws and regulations has a strong impact on the operations and management of Apple Inc. For instance, the laws and policies set up by the UK government act as limitations and constraints in the manner in which companies market their products. There is Sales of Goods Act 1979 which states that products that will be sold in the market should be according to the specifications mentioned in promotional advertisements.
