If my qualifications are lacking, I will make sure that a lot of research regarding the business and I will also make sure that I do a lot of inquiries from other people who are conducting a similar business. The unique members who could be added to the team must have the skills in information technology, which can help in online marketing by creating a website to reach the customers. The members should also have excellent communications skills and knowledge in linguistics. The idea of speaking in many languages is to communicate well with most of the customers because not all the customers can understand English; some speak Latin, Spanish, Chinese and other languages.

I perceived the idea because the usual bowls that are used to serve popcorns for film goers has recently proved to be quite cumbersome because at times the popcorns may spill out of the bowls while the customer is watching a movie. The sporting events are always full of young and energetic youths who are quite aggressive in the field. Considering the fully packed environment with young and energetic individuals, it would not be advisable to use bowls that are exposed.The bowls are also open meaning that the popcorn can easily be contaminated by germs or spill out.

Some of the bowls are also heavy in weight and are quite uncomfortable for the customers. Since watching movies is a form of entertainment, people would not want any distraction while they are being entertained otherwise they may end up concentrating on the serving bowls instead of the movie. Any business must always strive to satisfy the customer at all costs and avoid any distraction that may make the customer think of another option. The idea is to ensure that the customer is fully impressed by the container at all costs.

Introducing the popcorn ball is meant to curb all these problems that is experienced by the customers on daily life. The popcorn ball is not just a container
