If I were the chairman’s advisor, I would start by highlighting the major causes of the problem identified by the doctor. Burnout is a direct result of the working conditions often experienced by the workers in their workplace. Therefore, to address this problem, I would recommend that a review of the working conditions should be taken to improve the situation.

I would also recommend that drastic changes should be made especially to the different workloads of the employees. I will also recommend that all workers undergo testing to establish if others are suffering from the same problem. This will help the chairman to make meaningful decisaboutrd to address the problems related to burnout and stress in the workplace.
