  • Exercise very helps full in controlling blood pressure with regular exercise you can prevent a heart attack.
  • Exercise induces muscle strength in elder people. Improve physical functions of the body and movement of the body parts.
  • Exercise is very helpful in maintaining body balance in older people, as there is difficulty in taking your body to erect when you grow older by exercise you can maintain a balanced body.
  • With regular exercise body’s defense system become strong and you can fight against many diseases that can easily affect you in old age.
  • In older age, your stamina of bearing the pain is reduced, but exercise can increase your stamina and you can fight against many unwanted things (Carter & Kannus, 2001).

Today, the second topic of my speech is “Use of animals in medical research”

  • As we all know that animals are used for medical research purposes. Animals have the right to live, we should treat animals softly. From the point of view of many people, it is a crime to use animals for research purposes, and it is an immoral act to use animals for research.
  • According to my point of view, I agree animals have the right to live and we should not treat them rudely, but human beings are superior and for the prevention of diseases use of animal research is not a crime.
  • I am not saying this; you use animals in research without any care and kill them without any reason. Use animals carefully and try to keep them alive.
  • Research is necessary for progress in the medical field and the invention of new treatments for different diseases. These researches are not used for the service of mankind, but also the cure and treatment of animals.
  • If the animal is used for research purposes, it is beneficial for animals too.
  • Animals should use in medical research studies, but kindly. The animal should not treat cruelly and try to use the minimum number of animals. Without the need not harm them and keep them carefully (Smith & Boyd, 2001).
