QMS will enable service industry organizations to meet the changing service quality requirements and attain a competitive edge in the market. Some aspects of service quality in Ibis Hotels include fast-check-in process, faster reservations, high hygiene standards in the rooms, flawless security and welcoming teams. Accordingly, the hotel is committed at ensuring self-explanatory billing system will no hidden charges and comfortable rooms that are well lighted and aired in order to provide a peaceful ambience to the customers.

The quality management system that is recommended for Ibis hotel is the ISO 9001 series of standards certification that are ideal for service industries like hotels and recreational facilities. The QMS will focus on the guests, the leadership, the processes, the continuous improvement, decision-making and creating value for both the customers and hotel. The service design should ensure continuous improvement and client satisfaction through consistency in the service offering (Mukherjee 73). The quality will be measured by the efficiency of the service delivery process and quality of the service environment such as the security of the hotel.

The access, convenience, credibility and understanding of the customer needs are some basic measures that will gauge the conformity to the service quality expectations and promises by Ibis hotel. In this case, a QMS will enable the Hotel to ensure service availability without interruptions through ensuring steady flow of electricity and replacement of defective parts in the rooms The QMS will increase the accessibility of the hotel services through ensuring that guests have the opportunity of booking for their rooms or making reservations at any time during the day or night.

The hotel will be capable of ensuring 24-hour dining facilities throughout the year and self-explanatory bills that are free from any hidden charges to the guests. In this case, the
