Entrepreneur Leadership In the lecture series, Clark Jeffrey describes entrepreneur leadership from a personal’s viewperspective. Clark managed to build a firm from the ground to make it successful. With a few employees whom he way in charge of, he expresses how he utilized entrepreneurship leadership to ensure the success of his business (Clark 1). He describes that entrepreneurship without proper leadership is like a bomb ticking and always has to be sorted. In addition, managing employees in a given organization is mandatory in order to have a successful entrepreneurship venture (Clark 1).

Proper motivation of employees is important in running a given business. In the case of the speaker, he denotes that he motivated his employees so as to be able to work in a way that they felt as though they were part of the company (Clark 1).Furthermore, in the speech, Clark emphasizes on the importance of an y entrepreneur being a good leader as it reflects directly on management.
