Concerning with the cultural aspects of China, social structure is chosen to ascertain valuable understanding. Thus this paper will primarily intend emphasize on the social structure of the country as part of their culture in order to attain considerable understanding (Diller, 2011). This aspect attracts people from all part of the world to visit the place for various purposes. Politically, the country also has various aspects to be showcased. The government of the country is administered by a single party called the communist party of China. This depicts that power lies in the hands of the few selected people only. The political condition of the country is considered to be quite stable for business it encourage business to establish in the country. This aspect reduces the risk of business operation in the country owing to the support of the government. This also depicts the mindsets of the government regarding business. Economically, the GDP of the country relatively impressive as it is the second largest economy after the USA. Moreover, average income of the people of the country is increasing on a regular basis which further depicts that each and every person of the country is ensuring more values towards the society which ultimately resulted in hike in purchasing power of the people. This affects the mindset of the people and they are more and more attracted towards bigger brands. Owing to this aspect, businesses that is intended to operate in a smaller level poses certain risk to them. Environmentally, the country is quite strict towards any kind of operation that poses threat of any kind to the environment of the country. Moreover, the health and the safety of people of the country are directly related to the external environment. Additionally, stern attitude is depicted towards any business or other operation. This depicts the mindset of the people especially that of the authorities and further poses certain risk for the business operation in the country (Morrison, 2013; Frolic, 2009; Riley & Huiyan, 2009). They are very much determined about achieving their goal. This can also be noted from the fact that the country has a good set of sport personalities and owing to their hard work and determination they are among the top performers in the Olympic Games over the years. This also raises the stature of the country. In addition to that, the people of the country carry the attitude that health is wealth and ensure prior importance towards the same. Owing to this, the performance of the country in relation health and well being of people is quite considerable (Xiaoping & Enrong, n.d.). Communication is one of the vital aspects to be considered in this regard. Both verbal and non-verbal communication of the people of China directly related to the business practices of the country. As part of the non-verbal communication, the people of chine are less expressive and depict less emotional gestures. People of the country owing to their diverse cultural difference depict various gestures each having diverse meaning. This are also called contemporary gestures or no-verbal communication. Additionally, the people of the country prefer handshaking to be quite crucial and used among every age group. These should be kept in consideration while operating business in the country. Furthermore, as part of the verbal communication, as per the culture the people of the country desire to maintain a particular distance while having verbal communication with others. In addition, the Chinese appreciate an eye contact while having any verbal communication with others.
