During my tenure as a loan processor in loan portfolio processing and management, I have acquired profound expertise in the field of customer service. In this regard, I have a proven record of proficiency in telephone, e-mail, and fax and front-desk reception. All these proficiencies are applicable within any busy high-volume work environment. As a result, my way of handling customers has been above reproach and effective with regards to identification of their needs, quick gaining of trust, approaching complex situations and resolving their problems to maximize efficiency. In addition, I have been able to acquire multitasking skills overtime which are a prerequisite in handling and troubleshooting of different problems and needs of customers. My exemplary service record in this portfolio led to an award of the 2009 Spirit of Excellence Award Winner by merit.
In matters pertaining to administrative work, I have accumulated a novel source of experience through active participation in administration tasks found within the work and office environment. These administrative tasks that I am competent in are filing, developing spreadsheets, faxing reports, photocopying collateral and scanning documents for inter-departmental use.
Secondary Functional Expertise
In the course of serving as a loan processor, I have also learnt other important competencies that are applicable in the banking sector such as being the point of contact for borrowers, guarantors and universities. In these competencies, I have been valuable in informing potential borrowers about different products and repayment options that are available within the banking sector. Due to my immense knowledge and competence in loan processing modalities, I was appointed to play a pivotal role in assisting, training and development of new team members. In response to efficiency of quick disbursement of funds, I have been involved in timely facilitation of paperwork for different clients. This efficiency requires maintenance of detailed administrative and procedural processes that reduce redundancy and improve accuracy and efficiency in order to achieve organizational objectives. Such a high level of understanding and conceptualization of impeccable efficiency is only tenable through taking an active role in assisting in all areas of administrative work like data entry, receptionist duties, file organization, research and development. As a consequence of taking part in active administrative roles, my ability to successfully resolve complex customer issues daily was nurtured. Moreover, it has also led to good and improved communication efficiency as primary liaison between departments, clients and vendors.
