Introduction The Sies!isablle designer supplies the Edgars that is situated in Melrose Arch. The competition is very high because the environment accommodates numerous customers. However, Edgars is one of the biggest fashion shops that provides service to customers that are buying with cash and on credit. The site has a good balanced mix of offices, residence houses, and hotels that provide a number of different customers. According to Lazar (1970, p. 45-46) the success of the business site is enhanced by the high consumer base of about 100, 000 people living per square kilometer in radius of 5 kilometers. The location of the boutique in Worcesters Mall is strategic. The boutique is in the interesting location because it is on the wine route that is likely to have a variety of customers from not only the area but also even the international visitors. However, this might be a disadvantage if the wine tasting seasons is not booming because that will mean the customer base will be the locals only. In Craighall Mall, the boutique is located in the most expansive Suburb. However, the disadvantage is that it is very close to the Hide Park mall that also has the best customer base both international and locals the interesting thing about the local customer is that most are international diplomats. According to Jennings (2011 p. 44-45), paying R640.00 for a dress will not be a big deal, however places like Durban this can be too high for some locals as the Durban culture is different from the Johannesburg culture when it comes to important things about life necessities i.e. what comes first food or fashion. In Hemmingway, the mall is located along the Two River Drive and Western Avenue. The center also offers a good site for display of fashions. It has over 2000 stores which include jeweler’s shop, stationery and clothing shops. It also contains a variety of products At Gateway theatre the mall strategically placed to promote fashion and design. Has a sophiscated fashion and spacious site for customer. It thus can be a better site for tourists than designs stores. Cavandesh Square is located at the heart of the Cape Town. Thus has a wide variety of customers and offers good services like free trolleys and free internet. Customers are guided by the good customer service. Customers can opt to shop here due to the maximum security. Riverside mall offers excellent design services. Its location promotes ease of movement. It has 140 stores with varied fashion stores. According to Buffalo Hills (n.d), the mall of rose bank in Plettenberg Bay is located in the coastal town of Bitou in Cape Province. It has over 30, 000 people who are viable customers. It has been fitted by a variety of shops, supermarkets and entertainment sites. It accommodates more tourist than shoppers thus should be opted for tourism than a boutique. Body Melrose Mall This page was visited by eligible customers 111.5 times in the previous month. This is equivalent to 3.72 customers per day. It was also measured that 5 % of customers within Corpus Christi were visiting the page daily. The percentage proportion in the company is 0.0147%. Rosebank Mall Rosebank is increasingly reviving with a high retail. It has established and developed new offices which are supported by the residential node. According to the mall of rose (n.d), the management of Rosebank district, private institutions and government have worked out to ensure a clean and reduce crime rates to increase and promote service delivery. The mall is scheduled for major extensions and upgrades. It is aimed at installing a fire station at Bath Avenue. Leasing is done at a gross rent of R170/square meter. Craighall This mall has been 19 year in business. It has shown a 1.39% increase in its sale. It is frequently visisted via the web page. Daily 1% of the locals visit the page. Cavandish Square In the recent meeting, the marketing of phase 3 of the mall was discussed. The management set up a marketing campaign and launched a party that suite the free space. According to OffBeat Giudes (2010 p. 106), the agents of the mall are strategizing to secure the pre-lets to have the 70% of available space. This might lead to integral construction of the whole mall. Durban Mall The sale of the mall increased last by 3%. The page of the mall had about 4.6% daily. This was a positive increase in the sales in this strategically placed mall. Therefore, Durban mall experienced an upward movement in 2011. Nelspruit Nelspruit mall has over 80% undivided share that opened in October 2010. It is projected to increases its sales at 9.5%. It has a 37, 000 meters squared and is anchored by Edgars and Woolworths. It also includes major clothing retailers. Several tenants report on how their stores operate before the budget. Conclusion Setting up a design shop at Melrose is advantageous as it is highly recognized as it was opened in a celeb-studded manner in October last year. This is a marketing strategy for new products and accessories. Situating the mall here promotes gaining of high profits due to the town population which can afford munch purchase. Locating a mall in Worcesters does not maximize the opportunities for a fashion designer. One makes great losses when the tourists are not around. It is not a predictable zone for fashion design. Furthermore, setting a mall Craighall will limit the business owner from making huge profits. This sale is limited as the customers cannot purchase one dress at R640.00. Furthermore, East London would be a strategic place for the store owners as they would have the opportunity to exhibit their products in exhibition centers. The business men face stiff competition due to the numerous design shops. Gateway Theatre promotes the designers as it has a maximum security to their stores. Situating fashion design store in riverside mall would limit acquisition of huge profits due to remoteness of the place. The locals in Nelspruit cannot offer to buy clothes at high prices. Furthermore, there are over 140 design stores which offer stiff competition thus lowering the sale. In addition, Rosebank mall is not efficient for local designers as the stores have been fused by imported products. The owners have their sure customers as the mall has introduced prepaid services and parking cards. Furthermore, Durban mall would yield high profits due to the high technology which boots marketing of the products on line. Furthermore, the high population of Cape Town with high purchasing power offers high profits. Reference Buffalo hills, Plettenberg Bay.
