Introduction Operations management may focus carefully on the processes of management producing and distributing such products and services. In small businesses the operations management is not an issue but the carrying of the activities in terms of typically schools' management is in association with the term "operations management". The overall activities may include the creation of the product, its development, the production and distribution as well but the management of production may be regarded as one or the more closely in relation to such product that is absolutely the product line and the management of operations may even regarded as the operations that is absolutely within the organization. II. Body A) Critical Success Factors This term was defined as the concepts guiding the business with the purpose of highlighting the information' types which was exactly needed and included in the top management as classified in their activities. The information system of the organization may need the selection and focusing in success of the provision of such factors definitely significant in achieving the success of the organization. These are the areas aiming to ensure the success in the performance considerably competitive in every department of the organization. The focus of the concept is to give the method of outlining providing the information to the levels of top management of the said organization according to the identification of the success factors and ensuring the results with competitive performance to be successful for the individual and organization (Slack, 2006). Many factors are absolutely involve to support the process of planning like for instance the communication process, the role of technological information and the investment decisions in order to assist the information technology. The other factor that may be considered is the understanding and focus of attention for the provision of help to the organization's success and process of analysis as well as the structural promotion in which the performance of measurement is either qualitative or rather quantitative in nature and the method may be based on the discussion of such process with goals of the organization including the managers. This method of critical success factor is explaining the organizational view which was basically on the manager's perspective at some certain point with the measurement in financial aspect in provision supporting the organization. The critical factors of the organization has the five (5) sources definitely from the industry of the organization, the organization's competitive strategy and industry position, the environment factors, the temporal factors, and the managerial position. Based on the National Performance Review, they enlisted eight critical success factors such as leadership. Conceptual framework supports the organization in developing the structure for the performance measurement process that is clearly understood by everyone. Accountability aims to clearly define the success for all the employees within the organization and outline the roles in helping the organization to achieve their mission and vision. In providing the information, it directly assists the decision makers within the organization and it is made toward the attainment of their goals and improvement opportunities. Compensation, recognition, and awards are factors that are directly tied to specific measures of success. Another factor is the continuous improvement that explains the continuous achievement of the organization mission, vision, and strategy. Share results and progress is communicated to all the employees, customers, and stakeholders for them to understand the progress made by the organization in achieving their goals. Simplicity explains the measurement that must clearly understood by all the stakeholders and personnel in order to have focus on the key tasks that are essential in achieving its mission, strategy, and vision. Another factor is Systematize that explains how the organization should use its performance measurement in order to identify the improvement opportunities to turn the core functions of the business into a standardized process. Success and Sustainability of an Operation The success and sustainability of the operation identifies the management techniques and it identifies sufficient guarantee on stated outcomes that is much more needed. The organization understands that they need to define the outcomes and have focus on the results. The sustainability and success of the operation explains the importance of managing risks and the accountability in serving the clients and customers. These values are necessary ingredients for Operational Analysis and effectiveness P 5 the success of the organization. In organization with multiple stakeholders and with large scale complex consider the alarming rates despite of their efforts in solving certain problems. There are various techniques and efforts being applied in order to enhance the service delivery of the organization. In the occurrence of lack of meaningful results and outcomes allows the organization to operate on a set of unproven assumptions that concerns with the objectives and requirements. The speculations are interpreted through their business model in terms of motivation, expectations, costs, and time frames. There are principles held by the organization in order to achieve sustainability and success in their operation such as the measurement and transparency. The organization reports all the progress and challenges in an open and transparent manner. The organization maintains eco efficiency wherein they create the shareholder value by designing their products and facilities in order to reduce energy and resources requirements, reducing waste and emissions and in maximization of the overall functionality. In order to maintain the sustainability and success of the operation the organization gave emphasis on the local standards and the Dow standards. All the products, practices, and overall operations must meet the standards of the government or the Dow standards whichever are more stringent. The organization look forward in raising the industry standards as they are working to improve the industry through the development, the application of responsible care and the global; industry performance initiatives. The organization maintains the stakeholder dialogue as they seek inputs and promote the partnership between the industries, non governmental organization, government, communities and key stakeholders. They are giving focus on the responsible solutions to common concerns and given problems. Another factor in order to maintain the Operational Analysis and effectiveness P 6 sustainability and success of the operation, the organization needs to maintain the eco system and cultural integrity wherein they respect the limits of the eco systems and they are protecting the areas of the recognized cultural and ecological significance. The organization maintains the employee and public outreach wherein they enhance the human potential of their employees through giving education and training and they contribute to the development of public policies and leads to progress in a sustainable development. The organization maintains the quality of life as they create the value of their shareholders and they improve the quality of life within the communities through the environmentally sustainable economic development. C. OM Link Operational Activities The self-maintenance and the facilities of the repairing operation may absolutely provide the utilization's mechanisms designated for the data management into actions that is indeed necessary for ensuring the conditions as well as the performance that is necessary for safe and secure optimized that may continually contributing to the operations and maintenance. One of the success factors in this are is the planning of future capital facilities, its designation, the construction, operation and maintenance in such way that the building of environment indeed changing dramatically. The said transformation may absolutely improve the life's quality including the productivity of the workplace to provide healthier, safe and the securing of the pleasant working environment. The future facilities is indeed efficient and the utilization may be effective due to self maintaining such as the systems' self monitoring, repair, the action to be taken that may even ensure the status operationally, the condition of facility and necessary condition in operation that is the process of repair with the taking of status in the operation. Operational Analysis and effectiveness P 7 The condition of the facility and structure of the condition is absolutely necessary for the needs regarding the process meeting the changes in facility in the environment of business. The facility or the structure of the condition may be very necessary in the process and the needs of the company meeting as well as facilitating the business environment changes. The facility such as the structure, the building and plant has the intended purpose for the purpose of design construction and operation. The second area of consideration is the facilities of future capital that may indeed be programmed, used for the design and the construction to the systems of integrated intelligent of the said systems. These systems of intelligent may be utilizing the flows of data, the equipment as self monitoring and the management of systems in terms of the actions absolutely necessary for the conditions in the performance of enabling the safe as well as the secure and continuous optimization with regards to the operational facility. The executive leaders are visible clearly in the transformation program and they are responsible in the reinforcement. Operational activities include workplace monitoring and it is in the frame of occupational protection that ensure the achievement and maintenance of the acceptable working environment. The process of monitoring includes the measurement and interpretation of the results for the purpose of assessment to control installations and to the workers. Workplace monitoring implemented a program to keep the practices under control in its own premises. The purpose of implementing this operational activity is to have an adequate number of instruments and tools in handling the sources and materials. It also ensures the resources that are based on the current needs and for the replacement during the maintenance. The roles and responsibilities must be clearly defined. The organization expects to have a well designed execution and continuous improvement plan wherein the transformational management is considered as an integral part and the execution strategy and implementation plan is well defined and clear to all the stakeholders. The program milestone is also designed in order to deliver the program goals and objectives and the organization needs to train the impacted individuals in order to be ready for their new assignments and tasks. Operational Analysis and effectiveness P 11 D) Critical Success factors for outsourcing The overall strategy of the company in outsourcing is the customer relationship management and it compromises the broader vision and future goals. The operational management of the CRM is not their core competency and it can be most efficiently outsourced. The core competence is clearly the total customer experience and its goals and measures of success are driven directly from the total customer experience. Outsourcing partner talk directly to the customers and they are taking the time to fly out and personally tour and inspect the existing activities. The outsourcing partners were getting educated on the subtleties of the performance measurement and they were given the thought of total customer experience that ensure the performance measures. The staff turnover is one of the indicators of success because it implies far more than higher costs of training and management. Generally, outsourcing is looking at several objectives such as the increase flexibility and time to market, transparency in planning reliability, decreasing costs and alternative increasing efficiency and in the improvement of quality. The outsourcing is focus on levels or stages and it demands on the organization and outsourcing partner. It is essential that outsourcing partner is well established and has deep knowledge of the business process. There are also mutual dependencies on the process like the definition of requirement, and the configuration management and these are all essential in establishing an efficient and smooth process. The purchase price is one of the elements that matters because it explains what would cost the manufacturer in making the product. Another critical success factor is to know the reliability of the suppliers and this also includes the skills and equipments that are necessary. The organization needs to have an access to raw materials and other ability in making the product standards. The organization needs to consider the risks associated, the design flexibility, access, and alternative sources. Location of facilities The organization needs to learn in dealing with significant changes and they need to utilize the comprehensive framework wherein the organization can continue its objective for the excellence. The organization needs to utilize the quantitative and qualitative research methodology and they need to focus on the decision support system. In the location of facilities, the organization needs to know that the change will be worthwhile and effective. They need to evaluate the transformation, impact, and result. The organization needs to have the criteria for performance measurement that will provide foundation and better perspective on how they can approach the significant issues that impacts the organization. Through the qualitative methodology, the organization needs to investigate the transitions that are related predominately to localize significant change. The methodology confirms the success transformation and the comprehensive framework in which the organization can continue on it mission. The environment is considered inevitable for the organization as it goes on continuous change and most of the changes are variables and it requires a response in order to maintain the productivity and competitiveness of the organization. The decision support is the ability to measure the benefits for the innovation and it is normally move from quantitative to qualitative measure by taking human interaction. The decision support utilized and benefits the organization and its success factors are suggested in three areas, the implementation, the tasks involved and the decision maker or the nature of the decision support (Slack, 2006).
