Fuller under the industry of St.Paul Minnesota. The toluene based glue is a very strong paste which is extremely water resistant. It is created merely for the manufacturing purpose, for instance for the shoe manufacturers, carpenters, leather workers, furniture makers and minor shoe repair shops. The toluene is a perfumed chemical which has the capacity to cause damage to human nerves. The occasional and uncommon inhalation may cause rashes and nosebleeds, whereas regular inhalation can even result in several disorders like loss of hearing and sight, neurological dysfunction, leukemia and several other diseases.

If inhalation is done continually, it can entail fatal consequences. 2- The People, the Organizations and their Interests: Many people and organizations have interests in the situation faced by H.B. Fuller. In the initial stage itself, the company drew a vested interest and now it faces a lot of ethical problems. Although every dilemma can vary by the degree of force they have on an industry, it is necessary that the industry reach a wise solution to the difficulty. As is seen through various theories and studies, there are a lot of ways as to how to address these issues in the most ethical way.

“A principal ingredient of the glue is toluene, a sweet-smelling, petroleum-derived neurotoxin. When inhaled, it goes straight to the frontal lobes and to the areas that control emotions; it turns off the brain's connection to reality, neutralizing stress, pain, fear and memory” (Jeffrey, 1995, par.5). 3-The Dilemma: This global circumstance puts the industry in a risky situation, which is not of its own making. H.B. Fuller wants to provide a better product by substituting cyclohexane for toluene in the glue.

At normal temperature, toluene is a sweet smelling, colorless and unstable liquid. Intoxication may occur to humans from accidental inhalation of transdermal or ingestion absorption. Toluene abuse has become prevalent, particularly between adolescents and small children, as it is readily inexpensive and available. Toluene is normally abused by soaking a rag with spray paint, keeping it over the mouth and nose, and inhaling to get a sensation of euphoria, buzz, or intoxication. Slang names for inhalation include bagging and huffing, with bagging, exhaled air is re-breathed and ensuing hypercarbia and hypoxia may increase the disorienting influences of the solvent.

4-The Options and their Consequences: As CEO, I truly have a lot of options that I am required to consider. To begin with, I can merely sit by, do nothing and shut my eyes to all these children who are taking the toll due to my products. On the other hand, I hate the possible consequence of our status being damaged irreparably. Cyclohexane is considered as comparatively harmless, and it has been used widely as an alternative for benzene. The report of risk assessment for cyclohexane completed on the necessity to formulate procedures in order to decrease particular risks for customers because of the acute toxicity risk present through exposure by inhaling when utilizing glue for various purposes.

Cyclohexane is recognized for its high efficiency, correct compositions, clarity and longer shelf life. In order to its ensure its purity and quality, this chemical is strictly observed on a variety of defined parameters. 3- Self-Awareness/Discovery, a Person in Conflict:
