MBA graduates are the most prepared candidates to move up the corporate ladder. My medium term goals within five years are to be a manager in a multinational corporation that can offer me the opportunity to grow professionally. I have worked hard in my life and during my professional experience I have been able to develop my leadership skills by working together with my colleagues and collaborating with them to complete job’s tasks, projects and deliverables. I want to become the type of manager that is able to gain the trust of employees.

A lot of times one can make a big difference in the production and productivity of a company is by listening and communicating well with one’s floor employees. MBA degree can also help me pursue other career opportunities. I could use the knowledge I will gain from an MBA degree to open up my own business. My career goals were influenced greatly by my formal education when I was studying to get my Bachelor’s Degree. In the college I learned that pursuing a higher degree of education could be quite beneficial. 2. Give a candid appraisal of yourself.

Include some discussion of your strengths and weaknesses. I am a kind of a person who believes in great value of teamwork. One of my biggest strengths is my ability to connect with people. As a manager one is supposed to be able to speak and communicate with his/her employees. My communication skills are one of my biggest strengths and I can use those skills to lead a team of workers to achieve success in the corporate world. As a future manager another of my strengths is the ability to communicate in a concise way to enable my workers to fulfill their potential.

I want to help a corporation by giving my absolute effort at all times. I realize that I still lack some knowledge necessary to become a leader that can take a company towards the road of success. Right now the biggest asset that I need to become the leader and manager, which I know I can become, is the knowledge that MBA can provide me with. Another weakness that I currently have is my qualitative analytical abilities. This is yet another weakness that can be offset, once I successfully complete Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

I am fully committed towards completing a graduate degree in business administration. The fact that I am extremely dedicated student is the strength that will help me a lot during my studies. I also love to read, which is quite helpful for students as I can read for a long period of time without getting tired. 3. Discuss three of your achievements or accomplishments. My biggest accomplishment as a professional is the education status that I have achieved due to my hard work and dedication. I hold Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Public Relations from King Saud University.

I also completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2010. I believe education is the pathway towards success. I am currently applying to be accepted for Master’s Degree in Business Administration because the job marketplace in the business world has become more competitive than ever and job applicants with the best credentials have the best opportunities to move ahead in the corporate world. Another accomplishment that I am very proud of is the volunteering work that I did in the Saudi news channel in the Department of Public Relations and the Department of Reporters.
