In the second article, there is a similar philosophy in terms of management having the right approach to creativity. However, the philosophy differs with the belief that management requires different types of training in terms of leadership, specifically with the need to create a psychological link and sense of engagement to the employees. The key content findings that were a part of the articles were based on the concepts of creativity and how this varies according to the leadership levels and philosophies which are used.

Both of the research studies found that there were different levels of leadership that were based on the development and understanding of the work space. For instance, in the first article, there are different links with the ability to build creativity by working within the firm and offering training that is linked to the organizational vision and mission. The approach then combined with ideas of innovation that led to rewards, all which heightened the creative processes within the firm while helping to stimulate the needs of the company (Burroughs et al, 2011).

In the second article, the approach was based on the synthesis of theories, specifically in forms of leadership, empowerment, psychological links and motivation. The article concluded that the management needed to have a deeper understanding of the psychological engagements and creativity that were a part of the workforce, specifically which was determined by different formats of empowering leaders (Zhang, Bartol, 2010). The key processes with the first article were based on methodologies that examined the processes used in firms.

This was inclusive of the processes for maintaining creativity and determining the outcome. The results were measured with the effectiveness which was a part of each of the firms. The results with the measurements of the second were based on an analysis from the performance levels that were observed and the different understanding of how this linked to the overall ideologies of management. Different models were used to compare with this, such as types of empowerment which could be used to engage individuals in the workspace.

Instead of only observing the information, there is the ability to create a deeper link to the material and to process the information that was required for the different concepts which were provided in the classroom.

This led to easier use with critical thinking that was provided. The critical thinking portion which was developed with the tools allowed me to learn even more about the concepts in the classroom. This was based on organizational management, leadership and other concepts that apply to the environment of organizations. With this understanding, there is a sense of practical application which I believe I can take into the workspace in the future. Working with these tools throughout my doctoral program will help to enrich my experience while making the information which I need easier to gain.

I believe that if I use the tools that were most effective, specifically for critical thinking,
