Introduction This project strongly facilitates the business industry of property dealers, through this project ABC Property dealer can easily introduce their services, ideas, markets rates, investor suggestions and etc, and gives customers highly satisfactory service, easily understand the customer needs, and is helpful to know the minimum and maximum range. In addition it will help save time for the agency as well as the customers/visitors. Everyone prefers to visit the site before visiting to property dealer in order to get a better view of the offerings. This website will be helpful to increase the revenue and to introduce the business world wide at nominal expenses. All types of property can be used to sell or purchase. Aim To present a formal report to the design company, which has approached to propose and develop (but not build) a generic template driven website for sale to estate agents, specifying and justifying the functionality the site will offer with specific details about the design, navigation, layout, database and hosting. The website is to provide potential buyers/sellers with appropriate information about the services the estate agent offers and incorporate a comprehensive database driven catalogue of properties currently available. Objectives The website has to be so developed that it caters to the following issues: The catalogue will include an appropriate search facility. The site will offer a cart to allow customers the ability to select properties they wish to go and view with a checkout facility which will allow the customer to leave their details and a call back number for the Estate Agent to contact the customer to arrange a convenient time for viewing. Consideration will be paid to the possibility that in the future there may be a montly charge if customers wish to be kept up to date by e-mail about properties in their area, i.e. there may be a subscription service element to the site. Any relevant legal and security isues that apply in terms of collecting customer details and processing payments for the subscription service will be mentioned, with recommendations as to best practice. Site structure will be documented using appropriate site maps and the use of Hypertext modelling (webML). Main Body of the Report As per the aim and objectices, in this website, the contents will be as following: 1) Buy 2) Sell 3) Rent 4) About us 5) Property sold 6) Investors 7)Wanted Ads 8) Email Alerts Figure (2) Figure (3) Figure (4) Figure (5) Figure (6) Figure (7) Figure (8) HOME PAGE Fig (1) Description of the Figures HOME PAGE: Figure (1) shows a simple structure of home page or main page of the website, it give the brief and latest information about all services which are currently introducing by property dealer. Information such as, new buying bullets, selling bullets, rent, Investor, Ads, Email Alerts, Property Sold. From HOME PAGE, client can find all links where he / she would like to go or to visit for more description. Figure (1) also represent, client return to HOME PAGE from any link. BUY: Figure (2) As shown the relationship of HOME PAGE and BUY in Figure (1), Figure (2) tells, visitor can go to BUY page from HOME PAGE to buy some thing because he is buyer. Figure (2) represent: (BUY PAGE) BUYING area for buyer gives index, what he wants to buy: Home, Office, Land, Restaurant, Shops, Hotel, School, Super markets. If visitor interested to buy a HOME, he clicks on link home. If the list of homes exceeds the specific limits, scroll bar will appear dynamically. BUY HOME: (Figure 3) If visitor is interested to buy HOME, he clicks on link Home, as shown in Figure (2). Figure (3) represents: Page will open which gives multiple data of HOMES in bullets to buy that will be descriptive area for Home buyers. If the bullets in that page exceed the specific limit, scroll arrows appear dynamically to move, to the next page. In same Figure 3: BUY Home page, also gives the search criteria, in which customer can enter the minimum and maximum range or square yard or bed rooms and etc. to get the most nearest and actual demand. After searching process, multiple data display in another page displays all the data after filtering according to the searching parameters. Then customer can choose the best suitable HOME from the most customised data: 1. Selecting one HOME from the list of multiple homes. 2. Selected Home appear with complete detail, in form of single data. 3. Customer can add the selected home in his cart by clicking on "Add to cart". 4. Visitor profile updated in database. 5. Confirmation will display, if the process successful, save all the updates and exit to the first page of homebuyer automatically. BUY OFFICE: (Figure 4), BUY LAND: (Figure 5) These two figures, 4 and 5, bear the same functionality as specified in that of Figure 3, only that the former is respective to office property and latter to the land property. SALE: Figure (6) As shown the relationship of HOME PAGE and SALE in Figure (1), Figure (6) says that visitor can go to SALE page from HOME PAGE to SELL something because he is seller. Figure (6) represent: (seller PAGE) SELLING area for seller gives index, what he wants to sale: Home, Office, Land, Restaurant, Shops, Hotel, School, Super markets. SALE HOME: Figure (7) If visitor is interested to sell HOME, he clicks on link Sale Form. Figure (7) represents: Fill the sale form, and submitted before the submitting it verify the data types and different criteria's and gives the confirmation. EMAIL ALERTS: Figure (8) Email Alert is the paid service, provided by property dealer, In Email alerts all registered customer can get latest update information regarding the property prices and demanding areas and advices for investors. Email Alert is filtered due to which client get the specific and relevant information. Figure (8) represents: 1. Clicking on Email Alert form, from any given page same Email Alert form will be open, Fill the form, enter credit card number for payment. 2. After clicking on submit button, backend process will start, in which it verify the form fields and credit card number. 3. Verification process, security tool and transaction support taken from third party tool like: Pay Pal, Check Out, Verisign and others. 4. After verification, it gives the confirmation in next page.
