Introduce the variables that you chose to analyze and why you made that choice. Please remember you are limited to the choice of Gender or Position for your qualitative variable, and Intrinsic or Extrinsic for your quantitative variable.
Qualitative variables are parameters that cannot be quantified against an absolute but rather be understood in terms of its quality, intensity or degree of agreement as for example: job satisfaction, peer pressure, motivation etc. Quantitative variable on the other hand can be measured in terms of numerical values and units example, net revenue, annual turnover, engagement score etc.
For qualitative variables scatter diagrams can be useful, bar charts can also prove to be essential. For quantitative variables mean, median, mode, standard deviation, correlation etc are appropriate. For quantitative variables the fact that they are measurable makes them suitable for number dependent statistical operations. On the other hand qualitative variables are best represented by graphs, pictorial illustrations, scatter plots wherein they are compared with some set standards, or observed against a standard scale or gradation or bounded by a set like (very good, good, satisfactory, below satisfactory, poor) or (strongly agree, agree, neither agree nor disagree, disagree, strongly disagree) or (is important, neutral not important). These would be some of the scales against which the qualitative parameters can be measured.
