Ali Al-masseh Hawthorne English 111 9 November Writing Assignment 10: Bodybuilding In the past people were involved in various types of sports with the aim of keeping fit. Geographical features mainly determined the choice of any sport by any group of people and the main activities they were involved. To some people, the physical activity may be conducted during their normal working activities while for others it was taken as a means of relaxation. In the past bodybuilding was not considered as a sport and thus was not well known by many. At that time, the body conformation was observed to be hereditary. Currently, due to the various transformations in the way, people conduct their daily activities, technological development, and lifestyles; its appreciation to the public has continuously improved. This is in spite of it being entirely different from other sports. It relies entirely on the adoption of the genes, which often vary from one person to another. Many people do not have a clear understanding of the sport, which makes it challenging them to undertake its training effectively especially when it is conducted privately at home. In getting a clear understanding of this sport, it is necessary to clearly understand the set guidelines and clearly follow them systematically in order to perfect. I meet many people that take steroids, harmful doping, and materials for the desired body without thinking of the side effects, which is a very big mistake. This is mainly because the chemicals used interfere with the normal body functioning and leaves chemical components in the body after their usage time is over (Monaghan, 62). At the time of use, the functioning of the body is highly boosted but taking an account of its repercussions, its use is not recommended at all. Bodybuilding sport is mainly divided into two categories namely fitness, and muscle building. In achieving the desired results, remaining focused and organization is very necessary. In getting the targeted results in bodybuilding, one should ensure that he takes a good diet but also burns fat. This paper seeks to give an in-depth analysis of bodybuilding taking into account the exercise method that can be used by any person in order to achieve the desired results. Many people do believe that fitness and bodybuilding are interrelated but fitness come first, and the bodybuilding follows it. To the perspective of many, the sport is not very demanding but dedication is necessary in order to improve one’s level of skills. Working on the fitness and the development of the body requires a great effort and also depends on the thinking and the possibility of endurance of body muscles and is based on several pillars. In this type of construction, you will have many responsibilities, the most important is safety, and we must have a routine on the exercises basic and special. This type of construction have three points which is stability, movement and ability to agility that can learned from someone who specializes or has experience in this sport. Moreover, training in this field takes a long time from the amplification because you need to burn fat to divide the body. During the training, one can be injured but through continuous exercise, one is able to overcome them such as those resulting from lifting heavy weights. This is mainly because, at first the body perceive the exercise to be distorting its normal metabolism and operation but as time progresses, it becomes well acquainted to the exercise. Furthermore, body movement aids a lot in body recovery. Through the body exercise, one becomes more flexible, gains more strength, and improves the overall body metabolism (Williams S. and William G., 22). Through body movement such as walking, the fats are broken down and the flow of blood is improved. This is usually good for ensuring that all body organs receive sufficient blood ensuring that toxic product are eliminated thus improving the overall body performance. Thus, it is necessary for maintaining the good body health, which is the dream of each person due to the numerous benefits associated with it. The body building routine is useful to all persons irrespective of the activities they are involved. At the start of the entire process, most people are punctual and responsive but as time progresses, some usually lose the morale and eventually quit. This is after realizing that it demands more than they anticipated. By experience, many athletes said that they could not complete this routine because they needed to exert more effort. They also admitted that on the other hand, it helps to cure patients with heart problems and balances the blood stream, and thus this is the solution for some patients who do not work on these exercises. The physical fitness gets it roots from the traditions of various groups of people. In some cases, it was used to describe the mind, body, and soul. The state of mind affects the impact on the full training, so you must follow the instructions in order to achieve the anticipated results. During the training, care should be taken to ensure that one is always fit to avoid issues of lagging behind in the programme. The most important care in this type of training is to protect the back and spine from injury. This is mainly because the spine is mainly used as the medium of communication between the body organs and the mind. Thus interfering with functioning of the spine could have adverse effects on the overall performance of a person. Furthermore, the upper part of the body needs to practice on one of the basics to get better results. Thus it is the duty of everyone to take an in depth consideration of the lower muscles during training as it is the most important muscle body in the fitness. The human body is different in the composition of genes and this has a big role in the construction and demolition of body tissues and muscles. In some instances, despite the genes having a major control of the body conformation, one can dictate to some degree his preferred conformation. This is achieved through bodybuilding in which a person fully transforms after undertaking the exercise. Safety is the most important factor to consider especially when one aims at attaining the desired transformation within a short time thus necessitating intensive training. In extreme cases, it may result to severe injury or even death. This thus brings forth the necessity of each person to be extremely careful while undertaking the exercise to avoid acute body injuries. In the construction of any item, it is evident that the basics, which form the bases, are continuously improved to obtain an outstanding product. This is also applicable in bodybuilding. Every building in the world is made up of the basics bodybuilding also depends on the basics and without the basics and proper exercises; the player cannot build muscle correctly. According to the basics, consistency and accurately following of the instruction is necessary in order to build the muscles within the stipulated period. Failure to adhere to the set guidelines results in the player talking extremely long period to build the muscles. Therefore, we must train all the muscles on a daily basis in order to get a strong body basis. After that, days will be divided as follows; every two muscles in one day. On the first day, one should be trained on chest muscles and biceps. During the second day, back muscles and trapss (the muscle that separates the neck and body) are exercised which continuously improve the overall body adaptation to the body building exercise. The third day takes into account the shoulder muscles and the tri caps while the fourth day consider the leg muscles. The leg muscles are taken into consideration alone because of the large size and power required to ensure that they are exercised effectively. These exercises are taken of the heroes in muscle building. Due to effectiveness in the exercises from other persons of different backgrounds, I do believe they can also work for other people. This is one of the main reasons I usually advice people on the use of the stipulated guideline to effectively exercise the body muscles Food is very necessary for ensuring that the body receives the nutrients it requires to build on tissues as well as maintain the normal body functions. Since the development of the muscles require nutrients obtained from the food, special consideration should be taken on diet one takes to ensure that the required nutrients are supplied (Hansen, 86). The food must be free of fat and impurities as they would go to the muscle and we do not want to get fat and impure in our muscles. Increasing the number of meals helps muscle grow faster. We must eat at least five meals a day. Despite how small a meal is, the body will benefit too. The food system adopted may affect a person to the better or worse and care should be taken in determining the appropriate system and amount to be consumed by a person. By doing so, the body is able to withstand the exercises without too much straining. This also improves the overall performance. However, after building muscle and strengthening the body we must burn fat mainly because even if we make a good diet we will get fat to a significant percentage due to its deposition in the body. So we must get rid of them to get better body conformation. The perfect method of burning fat as follows: first, we must walk on the machine after exercising major muscle for a maximum of twenty minutes in order to keep the muscles that we acquired. Second, after the completion of all the heavy weight training in the daily exercise, we should have extra weight on the same machine. In achieving this, we do three sets with increasing weight, but in the fourth set, we should decrease the weight by a larger margin. Then after we finish all the exercises, we should train the muscles of the abdomen. The stomach requires at least four exercises to get perfect muscle in our abdomen. From various observations on losing and gaining of fat, it is evident that it is very easy to gain fat, but very difficult to lose it. This is an important consideration during the body building process as it predicts the efforts required to reduce amount of fat deposited in the blood. Therefore, we must maintain performing these exercises daily and in coordination so that we can obtain and maintain the appropriate body conformation. It is evident that Physical fitness and muscle building is important to everyone in order maintain an appropriate body conformation and prevent some common illness. Physical fitness makes you more youthful, flexible, and improves heart palpitations and blood flow. However, the muscle building is the connector to expand the race blood and makes you more mobile with big muscle, but not flexible because of the heavy weight of muscle in the body. In conclusion, it is the choice of a player to decide whether he wants only to physical fitness or build muscle. Both of them need a healthy mind and those persons should not get depressed or hopeless because this would prolong the duration, which they take to achieve the desired body conformation. The feeding habit and program should be properly analyzed to ensure that the body is supplied with the nutrients required in order to maintain the body processes as well as build the muscles. There are significant differences between fitness and building muscle, and we cannot do both of them in the same time because fitness exercises will strain the muscle, leading to make it smaller and build muscle will never give you fitness gaining. Therefore, for those athletes who are still working out in attempting to access the body desired, they should maintain it as a routine day in day out and eventually they will perfect. Some people have been using chemical to achieve the anticipated body size, which usually have side effects, but by using the procedure outlined in bodybuilding, not side effects are experienced.
