The organization has sourced funding from various governments specifically the US government to support education programs for Afghan women.

The program has helped educate women about their rights and thus empowered them to demand equal treatment. Through the education program, groups of women activists have cropped up to fight for gender equality in Afghanistan. In Tajikistan, almost 50% of women have experienced emotional or physical abuse by their spouses.
