We have a chance to build a federally-funded homeless shelter in the suburban area. This shelter would provide privacy and dignity to the homeless. Moreover, most of those people are women and children. We should keep in mind that discrimination is forbidden. "Discrimination consists of one-on-one acts by members of the dominant group that harm subordinate group members or their property. Often, this kind of discrimination is based on the belief that certain groups are innately inferior or superior to others". "Yet the daily assumptions that we make about members of groups different from ours guide our attitudes and behaviors toward practices that often result in sometimes very subtle discrimination" (Reutter). In my opinion, we have to try to help other people and cooperate with one another, give money to charity, pay attention to others' problems, and all in all, not be indifferent. This is what living in society means.

They support the idea of connection to others and the world by using communication technology. Those people are goal-oriented and have all the necessary skills to do a great job. Millennials can combine the skills and knowledge that Baby Boomers and Generation X groups have. It is a so-called balanced group that grows up only professionals in all fields. So, Millennials reflect all that, what a successful organization should have.
