It is vital that any society has organizational structures that direct functionality in different fields of interaction where responsibility is assigned.

In the absence of a legal system, irrespective how faulty it might be, in a capitalist economy it is paramount to pandemonium. As a race, human beings must adhere to the society’s restrictions and laws. It is a disastrous statistic that the preponderance of convicts, who are of the subordinate classes, is not as much cultured than the average person is. There is considerable bitterness for the intermediate class as the advanced class appears to go unharmed, and the subordinate class looks to be triumphant with administration services.

I have faith in the expression status quo is outdated. Unfortunately, the experience of the dwindling resources is not restricted to a single field.
