Pull factors These factors are due to the demand and supply of labor and draw people into looking for better lives. For example, labor forces are large in the southern hemisphere though it is couples with limited capital and demand while the northern hemisphere has limited labor and high capital and demand. As a result, people will attract into working in the southern hemisphere.

Other pull factors include job opportunities, high living standards and education, welfare and free health care.
