Summary
This project relied on the preparation of thin film TCOs that possessed favorable electrical properties and optical properties. The electrical properties were determined using measurements from 4PP as well as through Hall Effect measurements that were aided by thickness measurements from Dektak…

Download file to see previous pages The results show that samples AGC-U and TEC 8 are both fit for use as semiconductor materials though the electrical conductivity of TEC 8 is better than that for AGC-U. Moreover when it comes to samples 198-219 the electrical properties (such as sheet resistance, mobility, resistivity and carrier concentration) tend to change as the doping levels are varied. The best electrical properties can be attributed to Sample 200 (with a doping level of 0.6 M) as it has the highest conductivity. It was also found out that fluorine doped samples had higher resistivity and that the mean transmission and mean reflection change as the doping levels of fluorine are changed.
The mean transmission varies between 46.95% and 63.21% while the mean reflection varies between 2.21% and 4.25%. Sample 198 had the highest transmission while Sample 213 had the lowest transmission and reflection. It was also found out that the peak position did not vary as the levels of fluorine doping were changed. However the intensity (Lin count) tends to change as fluorine doping levels are changed. Sample 213 (0 M) had the lowest intensities while Sample 198 (0.4 M) had the highest peak. ...Download file to see next pagesRead More

Sample Thickness (nm) average 3 275.4 6 574.6 9 1072.7 The three samples, sample 3, sample 6 and sample 9 have different passes. Sample 3 (sno2:f ) has three passes, sample 6 (sno2:f ) has six passes and sample 9 (sno2:f ) has nine passes. All the samples have same percentages of ratio which is 5:1. The samples 3, 6 and 9 have three passes, six passes and nine passes respectively. The increase in the passes directly influences the thickness of the surface as analysed by the Dektak. As the...

By studying the customer perception about iPhone, the research provided details about interesting facts that the company focuses on exceeding the satisfaction level of its prestigious customers. Limitations of the study As there were time and resource constraints, the scope of the research was limited. The research is exploratory in nature and the data collection instrument used was a questionnaire-survey. The questionnaire was designed in consensus with the previous work done by some researchers so that the questions were simple and easy to understand. Before conducting the survey, a pilot test of the questionnaire was done to ensure that the respondents were...

In year 2007 United Arab Emirates (UAE) was ranked second country in the world with in regard to prevalence of. Latest study carried out by specialist in Al Mafraq hospital sponsored by WHO revealed that 26% of UAE nationals suffer from diabetes, and that 40% of those aged 60 years and above suffer from the disease with cardiovascular (CVD) complications. To date, no research has been conducted on the implication of genetic testing, or genome wide screening for Type 2 Diabetes with CVD among UAE population nor any other Arab population. This study aims to identify...

Tungsten insulates components against corrosion from plasmas (ATL 6). Barriers CVD is also used to form interface layers for the purpose of preventing contamination by preventing movement of materials through layers. For instance, Erbium oxide is used as a barrier layer for hydrogen diffusion (ATL 6). Net Shape Products CVD is used to create free components by removing substrates after a substantial level of layer has been formed. Components which formed in this manner include crucibles, tubes and cones (ATL 6). SUMMARY...

Analysis of Conducting Survey
...Analysis of Conducting Survey This survey is disturbing in several ways. At first glance, the first thing that I see a possible issue with is that there is no stated clear and precise goal. There is no information written at the top other than “SSS Survey”. What is “SSS?” What does it have to do with? While I appreciate that the writers of the survey were probably intending to hand these surveys out to people that knew where they had been, I feel that, first and foremost, the title should have been spelled out, along with giving the name of the hospital either beside or beneath it. I also feel that it should possibly include contact information such as address of the hospital and the name of a patient representative that could... of...

CVD presentation discussion
...Cardiovascular Disease s The presentation aims at reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease in the women patients by bridging the gap in the required process improvements together with implementation methods by the healthcare providers. Evidently, the study takes advantage of Nola Pender’s health promotion model as the theoretical framework. Inherently, the presentation utilizes the Evidence Based Practice (EBP) in offering a problem solving technique aimed at reducing the risk of CVD in women. The study is inherent owing to the fact that heart diseases affects over 38.2 million women in the united states alone, and more importantly, it is regarded as number one killer disease among...

...Cardiovascular Diseases The conducted a study to determine the national prevalence of risk factors for coronary heart disease, and compliance with cholesterol screening guidelines among adolescents. They based their research hypothesis on the notion that recommendations for screening the adolescents without coronary heart disease significantly differ, and they all suggest screening of adult with one or more coronary heart disease risk factors (Kuklina, Yoon & Keenan, 2009). The authors used data, from the 1999-2006 National Health and Nutrition Examination, to obtain national estimates. The research findings indicates that approximately 5 percent of adolescents have coronary heart disease or its...

This paper aims to identify major causes of CVD and key steps in CVD management from cohort study designs, as well as to develop leading questions on CVD mitigation for the local health department. Moreover, the paper will also present a rudimentary protocol for disseminating CVD information to local community leaders, while also making recommendations for prevention of CVD in the workplace. Major Causes of CVD and Steps in addressing CVD There are numerous causes and risk factors of CVD with some like age, ethnicity, and family history being non-modifiable, while others can be...

Runaway Chemical Reaction and Vapor Cloud Explosion
...RUNAWAY CHEMICAL REACTION AND VAPOR CLOUD EXPLOSION Chemical Reactions and Cloud Explosions have led to several killings. Explosions, in most cases, erupt with fire leading to severe destroying of properties and damages of various structures within the community. However, incidence of chemical reaction and cloud explosion has occurred in wide range of places including the Synthron, LLC facility in Morganton and Carolina (CSB 2007, p. 1). Further, the study stresses on the safety management appliances to the control of risks during the reaction processes. Every chemical reaction and explosion must have a drive. The drive needs to be sorted...
