Full Coursing Career Paths Through MBA We now live in a business world which demands so much from the modern individual therefore, one has to keep himself abreast with the many changes that are arising especially when in comes to technology which makes business even more competitive. As a result, higher education is now being pursued by a lot of people in order to be competent in his/her chosen career, keeping one’s job or having the choice of selecting a more challenging job depending on the education pursued.

One of the focal interests nowadays is the Master in Business Administration because of the skills and trainings they get that enable them to do jobs which are highly demanding. The MBA prepares a student in the field by motivating one to use and develop analytical decision-makings which are very useful for employers because such preparation demand less assistance from other employees. Creative skills are also developed while one analyses a situation and develop solutions to the problem posed and the ingenuity of how it is resolved can measure an individual’s ability to look into strategies that are commendable.

Consequently, the person is now trained to be self-reliant and would not always need other people’s attention to himself rather could be trusted to be able to complete a task without much assistance. As the title of the course suggests, entrepreneurship is one of the paths that one is developed, being given information that would be virtually important to this endeavor, not to mention being updated with the latest business trends. Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills are also deemed important in the current competitive business world and the MBA prepares a student to such through intensive training not only in theory but especially through immersion to the tasks and business people through ‘on the job’ training programs.

Another equally significant quality of MBA graduates is the attainment of corporate ethics which are undeniably vital, social responsibility and environmental sustainability which are essential in the job because business requires them to be able to acquaint themselves with diverse personalities and social beliefs. Having such strong qualities, one can then have a career change or demand a higher pay because people now are not just hired for their education and looks but most especially for their skills.

I am currently considering pursuing a consulting career so I desire to finish my MBA. Being a consultant, a believe poses challenges especially with my socialization and communication skills however, these do not present danger rather opportunity for me to improve my abilities. Having mathematical skills, I do not limit myself to just being considered good in it but I would like to use it to the fullest of my ability, making it productive not only in my life but in other people’s lives as well.

The analytical skills I see in my possession are not closed within four walls but are given an open space for its development as well. I believe these and other unmentioned skills are at my disposal that can make me a good consultant, providing advice to a firm I have yet to consider. Probably the real challenge in this career is the need for travel, yet it also is a reward in itself in my opinion because it will give me opportunities to see the world as I work. With these considerations, I am more than decided to finish the course despite the challenges it will present, both known and unknown.
