I would like to be the best veterinarian I can be, and very rarely have to turn a patient away. I believe that an education at Centenary college will be helpful towards obtaining that goal. My plan is to pursue Biology as a major and learn from the knowledgeable Professors at Centenary.
I have looked into a few public institutions and larger Universities. Many of them have great technology and excellent professors. However, I believe that I would be better supported at Centenary because of the small class sizes, which would allow me to enjoy better one-on-one interactions with my instructors. Centenary College has impressed me because I appreciate the student-centered focus and how helpful the staff has been to me, as I decide to make this big decision. Everyone has been wonderful. The campus is very beautiful. I am convinced that I can get a quality education here. Also, it is very nice to see that although Centenary is a relatively small college. It has plenty of intercollegiate sports teams and extracurricular activities that I will be free to be a part of. I have not decided if I want to participate in these activities; however, it is nice to know that these opportunities exist.
I believe that I would be a great fit for Centenary College because I value my education and would represent the college well. I set high standards for myself and pride myself on my ability to follow through with my personal goals and make my grandparents proud. I have a very high moral value system and look forward to setting a good example for others. I hope I can eventually become one of the revered students that your institution can boast about. I look forward, also, to the social benefit of belonging to Centenary College.
It is a place where I hope to make friends, take advantage of extracurricular activities, and develop myself further as a professional and as a leader. My grandmother has always told me that networking is very important. I will try my best to make contacts with others in my field and to stay on top of new developments within my industry, even after I leave school. I am ready to learn and excited about this opportunity. I will do all that I can to give value to the College and will remember my positive experiences for years to come. Thank you, in advance, for the opportunity to challenge me and soar to new heights.
