In this context, the paper focuses on the varied needs of the children that would integrate effective development and ensure continuous growth. Task 1 Safe Practice within Childcare Children are vulnerable to the different operations of a society and fall easy prey to any kind of improper healthcare and societal practices. Childcare professionals play an important role to look after children. The childcare practitioners are crucial for having a huge impact on the development of the children during their initial years. The different skills and attitudes of the childcare providers play an important role for the growth of the children. The government has been framing strategies to enhance the credibility of the children. The legislation provides some mandatory norms that are of foremost requirement for the development of the children. The child workforce strategies that are implemented will enhance the quality of caregiving and skills for the development of the children. The skills and abilities of the caregivers need to be improved in order to meet with the efficient needs of children (Crown, 2005, 4-10; Munby, n.d., pp. 10-15). The Children and Families Act 2014 is passed by the UK legislation to make provision for the children and their families to take proper care for children (Crown, 2014, pp.1-4). The other -national standards of the care provided to the children and young people are developed in accordance with the Regulation of Care Act 2001, Children’s Act 2004 and Every Child matters among others. According to this act, the range of services covered include nursery classes, play schools, crèches and other childcare service providers (Crown, 2009, pp. 3-4). In this regard, the UK government has implemented childcare law to take effective care for the development of the educational standards for the children (Crown, 2003, pp. 1-5). Under this Act, a strict regulation was passed for providing day care to the children. The different national standards that are prevalent under the law help in developing a guided approach towards childcare during the early years of children. The national standards provides a strict guideline that explains the different programs that are to be followed at the time of providing caregiving services (Crown, 2009, pp.1-6). The government has been implementing plans to provide efficient care to the children, so that their cognitive development could be ensured. Proper understanding of the values that are essential for the development of the children and young people must be effectively adhered in order to ensure that proper care should be offered to the children for their health development. Furthermore, the caregiving agencies must ensure that the children are provided with effective care for meeting the health and safety needs. In this context, development of proper communication is necessary for building a proper healthcare system (Blackwell and other Accredited Agents, 2009, pp. 9-12). Communication can effectively enhance the approach of care and develop the ability of the childcare providers in the long run. Furthermore, the training that is to be provided to the caregivers must be in such a manner that they are capable to develop the young people (Lansdown, 2011, pp. 10-15). Different strategies are to be implemented in different sectors of a society that ranges from schools to developing parents in providing childcare. In this regard, different caregiving agencies such as crèches are even providing training to the nurses, so that they can develop a proper standard of care and provide the same to others. In addition, the management of caregiving agencies are identified to be based on trained and professional nurses with the aim of ensuring that childcare services are offered effectively. In this respect, the agencies will be able to enhance the caregiving process as per the standard provided under the legislative. Communication is observed to be having a huge impact on the cognitive development of the children and even enhances their ability to perform. The different approaches of management are observed to be developing the nurses’ approaches to provide proper care to the children in their initial days (Department of Health, 2012, pp. 10-15; Crown, 2009, pp. 21-25). Legislation to Specific Practices The legislations ensure in the development of a proper framework for the development of the childcare approach, which in turn would enhance the credibility of the nurses to develop their ability to perform their tasks in an efficient manner. The development of informal communication would enhance the ability of the different agencies for ascertaining that childcare services are offered in accordance with the needs of children. The family centred practices have been effective measures based on which caregiving agencies are able to develop the abilities of the children and accordingly, enhance their credibility to lead a quality life. For instance, the activity based teaching processes enhances the orientation of the children by further integrating different approaches to involve learning into their daily operations (Lansdown, 2011, pp. 24-26; Crown, 2005, 5-12). Many childcare providers to enhance communication with children and mitigate their cognitive blockages are integrating parents within the caregiving process to provide an extended care to the children. This phenomenon will help the caregivers to develop efficient care and enhance the quality of care provided. Moreover, caregiving agencies are extending childcare services over the rural and urban areas would integrate different systems and help the healthcare centres to implement an integrated system for cognitive development among children. The federal government is implementing plans, so that the government can build up an integrated program that will cover different sectors of a society for meeting with the individual needs of the children. In order to do so, the childcare agencies dealing with the needs of the children are required to provide effective care for growth and development of a child in early years (Health Information and Quality Authority, 2012, pp. 14-18). This would even enhance the ability of the nurses to provide quality care services in different demographic regions for providing technical support to the children irrespective of their demographic areas. In this context, childcare services provided to the children residing in urban and rural areas are observed to have huge differences. With the incorporation of women into the workforce, childcare has been a vital measure for the government of a country to minimise inequality in order to ensure better growth and health provisions for children. In this context, the government of a country has been computing different norms, so that legislations developed and implemented in relation to childcare are effective for providing adequate support to a child in early years. The childcare policies are evaluated owing to the fact that the corporations are even providing support to the working parents by providing effective care options to the children (Janta, 2013, pp. 2-3). It has been observed that for children who are having special needs have to be dealt in a proper way, so that they can even lead a normal life. The different approaches of the government are observed to be having a huge impact on the development of different strategies to maintain the strategic development. Conclusion Requirements of proper care for children are observed to be one of the prime needs of present day. Hence, it is a prime need for the caregivers to adopt as well as implement effective measures and enhances their standard of caregiving. Lack of effective care has in turn attracted different government agencies to intervene into the system and specify a standard process of effective caregiving. Moreover, the government has been developing organisations that would be providing efficient care to the children with special needs. The government has been taking effective steps to implement quality care into the system and ascertain the sustainable development of caregiving services. In this respect, to develop different strategic measures, the government has even opted for undergoing massive change in the healthcare facilities for the children.
