Not only that, but the company does a deep and through analysis of motivation and market moods and trends, helping out their clients in whatever way possible with techniques that are not only conventional but those that are bloomed in the presence of ever-changing possibilities. The application of its knowledge and expertise helps companies trigger their initial push to success. It is but a non fact that any and every company depends on a healthy and happy staff. By motivating the individual, the company progresses more than the result of adding in better capital or technology. It is therefore as important to the company, as business itself.
The company’s faction is divided into mainly into three major geographical structures led by senior partners of the firm. The cluster leader, who would be an influential company in the cluster, would co-ordinate, manage and facilitate across the whole cluster. By this the company believes that it would be able to take advantage of different emerging markets and thereby harness it’s future growth indulging in flexibility and professionalism. Price Waterhouse coopers has before been known as a market leader of indulgence and devotion to the task at hand and the new organizational structure that has taken into effect since Oct 1, 2008 is another example. The new approach is shown in a tabular form in the diagram illustrated below.
