As emphasized, “the essence is an immersed approach, guided by the organizations core values, with action steps in the satisfaction chain”. One could assert that the equation is actually a holistic approach that integrates organizational commitment for employee development and customer satisfaction to eventually fulfill the overall mission, vision, and goals.

Although much has been said about the conceptual framework as straightforward and apparently easy to follow. Many contemporary organizations still fail to ensure that the personal and professional interests of employees and customers are comprehensively met. There are diverse factors that should be put into perspectives including the costs of addressing the needs, demands, and preferences of these stakeholders; as well as ensuring that management has the qualifications and competencies to effectively meet these needs.
