The art of reflexive practice is the foundation for promoting a continuous learning cycle that improves knowledge and comprehension about one’s own talents and professional development (Paterson and Chapman 2013).
This report utilises reflective methodology to assist in creating a relevant and well-defined Personal Development Plan inclusive of key concepts of professionalism development, personal development, and the extension of professional practice. The report makes detailed comparisons between teaching pedagogy and personal teaching ideologies to determine how this impacts teaching practice and underpins future strategy development in the classroom. In order to become fully self-actualised, the achievement of one’s greatest competencies and professionalism, it is necessary to reflect on one’s strengths and weaknesses whist recognising the vast amount of opportunities to become a more competent and efficient educator.
Professionalism in the lifelong sector is viewed from several disparate perspectives. Troman (1996) views professionalism not as a set of absolutes, but as a socially-constructed ideology which is defined through managerial competencies with an emphasis on creating positive relationships with peers and other stakeholders. Fielding (2005) asserts that genuine professionalism in the educational sector is maintaining teaching integrity. Hence, professionalism, for the context of this report, will focus on professionalism in education as being inclusive of managerial competencies with a sociological emphasis and teaching integrity.

The organization which headquarters is base in Washington, D.C. is involved in providing information and research to various disciplines that contribute to the resolution of contemporary public health issues and concerns. Certainly, it was formed in an aim to protect all Americans, including their families and their communities from preventable, serious health threats.
Therefore, there is a need to improve the knowledge and skills of teachers to ensure that the achievement of students is possible. Investment in education must include allocation of funds and time for professional development of teachers in elementary education.
It follows that preparing high-class professional development starts by examining student learning needs and classifying the teacher’s skills and knowledge needed to tackle those learning needs. The proposed outcomes of a teacher’s Professional Development Plan are revealed in terms of improved professional practice, but the long-term objectives and goals should always center on improved student outcomes (Darling-Hammond, 1999).
Any professional development programme has to articulate the needs of the intended trainees, and ensure any knowledge gained by such trainees is practical, relevant, and transferable to their respective jobs. In-service Teacher Education and Training programmes (INSET) have been the major channels through which teachers’ knowledge and experiences are revitalized to impact the desired knowledge and skills.
My vision is to be an impeccable professional in business related area who cuts a niche in the competitive business landscape as one of the reliable, efficient, and trusted business mind that can initiate projects, monitor then, analyzed them for the benefit of the business and the community at large.

A right plan and preparation would always result in good performance. Evidently, quality of leadership is the sole part of effective administration.
