Full topic and Section # of Education is the only thing that plays animportant role in forming an individual personality, it enhances the inter-personal skills and enables and individual to become capable of wining his/her world. As education matters a lot, the education institute is as important as education. A better institute make the life of single individual and that's what my reason quitting from my ex-institute and transferring my further education in New York University. Taking the reasons in account that compel me to quit from the ex-institute are many and among the major reason is my subjects in which I want to do my master.

I am a business student and require such education that not only enhances my theoretical background but also able to taught me practically. What I lack in my ex-institute is that my they do not help the students in solving their problems. The institute lacks in team working, practical demonstration, self motivation and detail orientation and these are the major things required in any business school. Moreover, the teachers should at least help the students in solving accounting and financial problems as the one lacking financial and accounting basis needs extra care and attention.

Moreover, the communication gap is present between the teachers and students that unable the student to directly ask the solution of their different problems. The teachers were not so efficient to motivate the students to enhance their capabilities and problem solving nature. Moreover, all the decisions were made from top management, letting a centralized system in the University whereas, a simple business school must acquired socialization technique so interaction enhances within students and within students and teachers.

I feel that I can easily achieve my goals when I will be able to starts my further studies in New York University. I will be able to augment my interpersonal and technical skills. The New York University has better communication levels within teachers and students that help the student at each level. The University is based on socialization technique and that is the reason that it is a learning organization where students of all level interact with each other. This interaction enables them to learn from each other experience.

Team-working I the basic module of each class where students use to do different social and welfare work within this team working. Moreover, team working of academic nature is also present in each class in which different issues related to subjects are discussed by the students that enhances the student's academic knowledge. The New York University itself help the student in their careers where each teacher and faculty member helps their students to better enhance their careers in the future.

They provide different opportunities for their careers and for their further PHD studies. Self-motivation is the key that each teacher used so that students can help themselves in their future. Moreover, the University is providing different technological resources and practical demonstration that helps the students to better understand their course and clear helps in clearing their concept. Thus, I found that New York University will be best in enhancing and augmenting my career and further education.
