Not all people could afford professional kitchen settings and equipments, but if I have already had my personal hands-on on these equipments, everything will be easy to handle in the future. Who knows, maybe I could teach my future employees of these equipments which are only used at first class restaurants.
Third, is because of their offered financial assistance like their scholarships, loans and grants. Not to mention their deep concern for their students like different kinds of services, student safety measures, counseling, and others. Also I've read in the news that Kendall College has once offered to teach people with regards to what well-known chefs are familiar with. It is really interesting and uplifting for a person like me, who is very much eager to learn and with all the options available. Let's face it, education and school materials get too expensive nowadays.
I would be delighted to have the chance to study inside a school where there is such an unlimited source for my growth and development with regards to this course I chose to study. The wideness of learning being done inside Kendall College would allow me not only to follow my interests comprehensively, but would also permit me to ultimately pursue a few of my secondary interests inside other areas of culinary arts development. It is because of these remarkable prospects that Kendall College is definitely my top choice for my study. I am positive that this course would organize me well for my continuing career goals. My experiences at my previous schools have promoted my love of and commitment to other people, and provided the essential tools to follow my goals. I know that the chance to study at this school would allow me to develop as a student and permit me to make momentous contributions towards the field of Management.
To several people, selecting a job centered on money or remuneration is very vital. Towards others, being pleased with a profession is more significant than money although it is not that simple to just leap inside a domain of study and not be contented with it.
Several people have special goals rather than others. A few may have career goals as well some might have common job aims and several others may have school or even academic objectives. Choosing a perfect career for yourself is not as simple as it appears.
I would be very much stimulated to join the incoming class in this school for this coming school year. I feel I am well organized to enter school, and my well-built enthusiasm and career goals is a good match for what Kendall College has to offer.
Finally, I believe that studying inside Kendall College is a steppingstone towards a brighter opportunity in the future. In view of the fact that it has an exceptional academic record, I believe that their student acquires top-quality internships as well as employment prospects. There is no uncertainty that any learner who will be present in this school will have resources towards becoming the most flourishing person possible.

Mary Wollstonecraft on Education

Understanding that women are just as able as men in many capacities and some very important ways that she excels causes one to realize that no one should be able to take her rights away. It is the mother who gives protection for the initial nine months to the divine creative force of nature – regardless of whether the offspring is male or female. But what is prescribed in various secular and spiritual texts and what is practiced in society currently are contradictory. A female child is victimized during every step of her life, from the moment of birth, notwithstanding the fact that it is she who sacrifices at those stages. Women need to be the social, spiritual and legal equals of men. These were the arguments that Mary Woll...

Juvenile Delinquency and Education: A Comparison of Public and Private Education

...Juvenile Delinquency and Education Introduction and ment of the Problem The question of juvenile misbehaviour and crime was not taken seriously until modern times. It was till the eighteenth century that children were regarded as non persons. They were neither recognized nor received any special treatment from either the state or society. The concept of discipline was at most a violent treatment of reinforcing specific norms acceptable in society. Perhaps a reason for that was that child mortality rates were high. It was not considered feasible to form attachments with children. They were left up to nature and the survival of the fittest approach. However, at the end of the eighteenth century, the age of “The Enlightenment” brought about...

Management Theory and Practice in the Early Childhood Education Industry

...Management Theory and Practice in the early childhood education industry This Report applies management theory into practice in the early childhood industry, especially in the context of women leaders. Management issues play a significant role in the academic sector, because early childhood professionals need higher levels of motivation in order to avoid burnout . As pointed out in a study by Osgood and Halsall (2007) where they carried out research to examine the position of women in leadership or management positions, a “glass ceiling” exists for women in the academic setting, which could significantly impair motivation. Since many of the individuals employed in the early education sector are women, addressing this issue is even more...
