Management skills have changed due to this demand, an aspect that has been equivocal in changing the way people relate to businesses from across the work. Market shares have changed, and more businesses have gained prominence in markets they were previously not present. Management skills have gone a metamorphosis as the changes within the markets dictate what is vital for the business and managers have to adapt to such skills with the aim of maintaining better working platforms.

The manager should look for ways of building better relationships with the employees. Communication is vital (Carr-Ruffino 2005: 185; Scullion & Collings 2011: 245). The aim of creating better relationships is to develop an easier way of dealing with a diverse system that can easily influence their behaviours. If employers can get into the minds of the employees, it becomes very easy to dictate the changes needed (Jokinen 2005: 205). Leaders can also deliberate on the sensitive changes that will make the required differences to establish a strong functionality. The long-term successes are important when it comes to working towards a successful deliberation of the current successes (Lovvorn & Chen 2011: 280). The manager can also get to understand what the employees want then work on establishing a platform to assist them. This way, employees will feel valued and work on meeting their objectives as required. Managers have to establish the type of relationship that will make them make the needed gains. Employees will want to work with someone that helps them gain what they want their expectations are critical to the achievement of the gains needed in an organisation if they are satisfied, they will be active and productive enough. If not, they will decrease their efficiency and the company will lose its clients.
Reflection
As a manager, one of the gains expected from living in such a situation is the ability to create a sustainable platform that will make the very learning process an integral part of developing what the employees can work with. As part of enhancing such deliveries, I have to come to terms with the challenges taking place within the workplace. The international markets have changed, and the society cannot accept to make choices that cannot sustain the implementation needs of the society as a whole in delimiting such deliveries, it is clear that the communicated message has to meet the sustainable thinking strategies that come with the advantages of meeting the needed cultural strengths. Learning these cultural preferences is something I have to be prepared for because of the increasing diversity within the workplace. The global market is willing to work on everything that will improve the achievement of a stronger development process that can provide the needed solutions so that the workplace can be a place that recognises and rewards talents, skills, and competences.
I have concluded that the best companies the world have undergone several changes, and all these are important in mitigating any discrepancies that could cost the company its clients. In reaching out to the clients, the employees must be able to make the right decisions. The problem is that the leader is supposed to create the environment based on the possessed traits. An important strategy is based on the entrepreneurial need of learning how to think along a global perspective. As a leader, this aspect should come naturally or if not, learn it fast enough to give guidance to employees in due time. The ability to make such quick decisions in the face of such adversity is important because it creates a chance to develop better leadership skills that appreciate diversity and can motivate the employees to perform better under any circumstances. The potential of any leader is based on the ability to solve problems and associate them with the desired changes based on what the organisation seeks to achieve. As part of such deliveries, it is important to have a leader that can gain insight ion the markets and be a global leader. For the sentence, Bill Gates understands that the market is an important strategic trend that allows for such developments as a way of working on the business, tasks, employees, clients, and the requisite knowledge needed to achieve the gains noted within a global platform. I have to achieve such a level of confidence that will improve my interpersonal skills. My employees will want a strong leader that can make the needed decisions and be ready to lead the way when required to do so. The successes and risks of such attributes are based on how well a leader can think globally and appreciate the diversity found in the cultures surrounding the business.
A leader needs to know who the clients are. This will be an important stage towards delivering the needed focus so that the leadership experiences are utilised as required. The situation on the ground requires someone ready to interact with the leaders within the industry so as to learn about the challenges they go through as well as ways they have dealt with them. In such a situation, a smart leader will approach the subject with caution so as to learn something from those who have had more experience within the industry.
I am well aware of my personal drive and the determination I have for success, however; I need to add more skills on the same through seminars and training so as to learn something new along the way. The strategy is to gain a new way of addressing the social competencies that come from such a process. I will engage in discussion with the employees so that I can learn about their values and expectations as well as appreciate the emotional resilience that comes with gaining confidence in one’s area of specialty. The circumstances are also important when it comes to integrating the various competencies needed to represent the characteristics of the workplace so that concrete actions and behaviour changes can be achieved with the aim of accessing the development of self-awareness, mastery, and flexibility in handling such cases across the system. It will engage more employees into accepting the changes and work on aligning their behaviours and beliefs towards a better delivery of the best results in the industry
