The researcher further found out that currently, the performance of police employees has improved in Abu Dhabi due to contemporary participative leadership styles.

The existing literature of the paper determined that the implementation of strategic management is required in Police organizations because it leads to the achievement of financial and non-financial benefits. Moreover, it was observed from the literature review that the past leadership styles in Abu Dhabi Police organizations were autocratic and transactional leadership approaches. Additionally, the literature stated that change management is essential because it helps in keeping pace with transformations in surroundings.
