The paper “Planning Execution and Control ” is a forceful example of a management term paper. The performances of projects in the construction industry have a high influence on the infrastructure, technological, and economic development of any country. Construction has become a very sophisticated and technical area that has a high standard of specification and quality. Considering the factors and the demand for value-for-money, the industry needs sufficient employment of resources so as to increase and improve the level of productivity in the industry.

The overall aim of every construction is to come up with structures that are able to provide the necessary functions at the most reasonable cost, at the expected level of quality, and within the specified time frame. One way of achieving this is through planning, execution, and controlling the project. The main aim of this report is to come up with various reports that are crucial for the completion of the construction project. It also explains the various assumptions made while developing the reports so as to increase the level of understandability among users. 1.1 Content of the reportThe main contents of this report include an analysis of the various assumptions made.

It also includes the various project reports that include the baseline project report, the cash flow report, the milestone report, and reports that are related to risks, quality plans, and communication. 1.2 The project scope: The highly standardized and technical nature of construction projects coupled with the increasing demand for quality makes project planning, execution, and control very crucial. The project is in the construction industry whose main tasks include site preparation, foundation, framing, utilities, walls, roofing, and the finished work. 1.3 Project success: The success of this project depends on many elements that include the ability to deliver it on time and according to the expected quality (Alias, 2014).
