The paper "Impacts of Corporate Social Responsibility on Organisational Performance" is an excellent example of a research paper on management. CSR activities are expected to have an impact on the performance of the organization in the global market (Polonsky and Jevons, 2009). Large organizations usually use CSR techniques in order to allow competent employees to develop their skills so as to perform better within the organization. There are several theories followed by the organization in order to attract customers and the facts regarding these theories are gathered from the managers of different organizations. The theories have mainly focused on the types of responsibilities undertaken by the managers in order to satisfy the other stakeholders of the organizations. The CSR activities have in turn contributed to the growth of the organizations. In this case, the qualitative research approach has been considered suitable by the researcher because the interviewees were provided with a scope to justify their responses. They were able to share information regarding the impacts of the scandals and the initiatives taken by the organization to overcome the impacts of the scandals. Some of the respondents agree with the facts shared in the literature review; whereas, further, development is needed in some other organizations to undertake better CSR techniques.  It is recommended that the organizations need to take care of both the employees and the customers in order to earn a high profit in the future.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of an organization implies the process in which the business activities have an influence on the interest of the stakeholders (Cameron, 2009). . With the growing importance of sustainable development, CSR is the most important element that addresses these issues and improves the performance of the organizations (Burtonshaw-Gunn, 2010). Further, the CSR activities help the organizations to retain not only the customers but also the employees who in turn ensure the long term existence of the organization in the global market (Harwood, Humbyand Harwood, 2011). CSR activities are also linked with the enhanced financial performance of the organization as a large number of customers would be interested in purchasing products from the company (Marin, Ruizand Rubio, 2009).
