The paper “Toyota - Strategies Used by Company in Internationalization, Impacts of Globalization on the Management” is a thrilling example of the report on management. This report is based on Toyota Company which is one of the largest and most successful multinational enterprises in the auto industry. This report has various sections each with its own objectives. The report first introduces the organization that forms its basis. In the introduction, an overview of the company is given as well as the rationale for this report. Additionally, the introduction also outlines a brief history of the company. It is noteworthy that this introduction based on a report that has a plethora of perspectives that are evaluated on the company takes a general approach.

The second section then explores the reasons that made the auto giant to globalize. Like the MNEs the reasons are given with key concentration on the company. Having looked at the factors that led to its globalization, this report then evaluates some of the strategies that were applied by Toyota Company while globalizing. Most facts are drawn from real case scenarios of the company quoting examples where possible. Globalization impacts not only the operations but also the human resource management practices of an organization. The impacts of globalization on the management of employees in Toyota Company is then explored in the next phase.

The national culture and organizational culture of the company are also evaluated in-depth giving an overview of how the two have impacted the company. It is noted in this section that the national culture that Toyota Company is entrenched in is the Japanese culture that is well elaborated in the report. Different countries have different cultures that shape the preference of the employees, customers, and investors.
