The paper "Satisfying the Health Care Needs of the Borlein Region" is a perfect example of management coursework. I have noted that health provision continues to vary around the world, national and regions. The reason for differences comes from the historical trend of settlement, region development and political power and influence. Contentions between stakeholders exist where health professionals have a high likelihood of disagreeing with local councils. Universal health care is hard to achieve in many parts of the world due to shortages of professionals and capital. Health provision thus becomes challenging and particularly when costs are required. The complex situation involving various economic, social, political and cultural conditions exist everywhere. An answer to health care expansion and provision is faced by a number of issues and systems that continuously emerges. In an effort to ensure that efficient and effective health care provision is achieved, the facilitators must provide a convincing business case that will gain support from different stakeholders. Ultimately, the cost-benefit analysis is a priority to guide any meaningful action or option to implement in order to meet health care services. Such an approach may reduce the complexities that face the health system in the world.

The Relational Hat

I have noticed that health professionals are required to work as an entrepreneur by promoting new ways that respond to health problems. Community support is an important point for successful strategy and such support can be garnered through communication and reaching a decision that may facilitate best services. I have noticed that achieving human support by ensuring teamwork, raising morale and expectations would enhance the ability to think and understand the key issue which accompanies change. The workforce with an understanding of the reasons behind a change and its effect on them can offer the required support. Identifying and ensuring multiple funding is directly related to health changes goals as it allows the inclusion of various needs in the project.

Analytical Hat

The complexities that face the health sector require me to acquire and maintain the expertise needed for professional tasks. As change is continuous in the sector, my support and active participation are of the essence. In the process, I will be able to evaluate, plan and implement operations, strategies and tactics while ensuring that there are worthwhile and relevant changes. In the complex process of change, I will have to consider both technological and people-oriented solutions. That way, I will be able to respond to a dynamic and challenging process of health care changes.

One of the tools that would ensure a proactive change which I intend to use is strengthening management. Actions towards better leadership would aid effectiveness in program management. There are tools to improve management and leadership such as partners in decision making processes and training efforts. The team can then support the principles of change and issue that pertains to financial management. That way, I and my team can optimize the use of available funding to raise relevant and necessary needs in the sector. I have noticed that non-state sectors are very useful in achieving public health goals and I will have to work with them.
