The questionnaire was distributed amongst the relevant stakeholders, specifically the management of Etihad and a number of end-users for effective, reliable, and diverse data collection to enhance the justifiability of the results obtained.

Findings
The research undertook both quantitative and qualitative design in the analysis of the data. The qualitative data was obtained from the desk research over secondary data sources. Quantitative research, on the other hand, relied on the internet-based questionnaire which can be categorized as a primary source of data. The literature review identifies a number of advantages that a firm could gain through the adoption of effective SRM. Such advantages, as discussed under the current situation, are a justification of the research hypothesis. Quantitative research reveals that there exists a positive correlation between SRM and the supply and procurement processes of management and that SRM enhances the value of such processes. Although the response data was low, simulation of the response data generated adequate sample data whose Pearson coefficient for correlation supported the research hypothesis.
