The ethical problems that should be considered are a follows: Honesty As office assistance, Marwa should execute her duties with diligence it deserves. Performance should be based on the office work and depart the other side roles irrespective of how close she is o the interviewee. Corruption – Act of corruption is ethically unbearable, have the ability to distinguish between wrong and write should show high standards of work ethics at the work place through self determination. Nepotism The interviewee being also friend to Marwa, he feel that he is overqualified and enjoys the privilege that if everyone who aspire to be employed would use this, leading to be needless to do so. -Friendship -Organizational/ group codes iii). Marwas’ decision regarding the friend will compromise the integrity of the Human Resource department, the interviewing panel, Manhal and Marwa herself. 2) i) In order for Emily progress in her work, she needs to understand the ethical implications involved in the line of duty for instance; Leadership - Ethically Emily should learn on the best way to take the properties that do not belong to her, this is n ethical behavior that should not only be demonstrated towards others considering the boundaries of ownership that exists. Emily’s decision will affect her supervisor, the primary school which was to benefit from the computer, Emily and the son who will always perceive that her mother’s style of property ownership is the best for obtaining assets. 3) i). Marvin, the facility management secretary should carry out his duties in an ethical manner through considering the following ethical issues within the business. Honesty – Marvin should face the supervisor and let him/ her be aware that he is not conversant with the computer and requires a little more time to familiarize himself with the computer to increase efficiency and Work integrity. Marvin’s decision would affect the entire management personnel, being a secretary; he should concentrate more on secretarial duties which are very essential to the whole organization. Mansour should be sincere to the supervisor and bring to his/ her attention the loophole that has led to the financial shortage, ethically, he should consider the following factors; Integrity- The decision to resolve the organizational problem, he should not go round informing the coworkers on the loopholes available within the organization, but instead he should stand with the truth to defend and safeguard the organization. Honesty- He should not gain at the expense of the innocent workers who genuinely need their benefits in order to sustain themselves in their livelihood. The engineering is a career committed to designing, operating and structuring, equipment, and devices of production and the daily life. This choice is not the best, neither is it perfect being that not at anytime did a human being create a fellow human being. Raising someone from dead bed is impossibility. Through artificial ways and methods of arranging the DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid), also referred to as bioengineering/ biotechnology. Through DNA, the nature and the structure of a living thing are changed in a way that will by no means occur in nature. This study and research takes place both in plants, insects, fish, bacteria, human and animals. Genetic engineering was previously concerned with understanding how nature works; at present the technology has reached a stage that genitival techniques are changing the fundamental levels of nature. Why I have made a choice Anything provided by nature is God given; the scientists use nature instead of creating their on features. Natural Selection, through innate changes, organisms gradually change in order to fit to the available ordinary conditions which is not man made. Such changes take place at a slow pace for an evolution of a new species to be achieved despite the increasing discovery of the methods to optimize the process. In addition to that, man’s basic effort in genitival engineering is selective breeding which is unnatural selection process- God given processes.. However, this has been approved to be working well in plants and animals though it takes the whole lifetime of a human being in order to come up with a small change in the species. For a progress to be realized in the unnatural selection, the characteristics and attribute traits of the organism can be killed selectively in order to have only the wanted traits. New gene materials have been of late introduced in to an organism in order to alter the nature of the existing organism. Genetic Manipulation (GM) is preferable for the research on animals. However, the precise way of varying exact genes within the cell is referred to as, genes targeting. Another alternative is the gene therapy, which is done on the productive cells. The researches take longer time due to the gradual nature of the genome (an organism’s complete set of genes.) that takes years with high demand and cost as the key concerns. Solution God is omni present and nothing on earth or heaven was made in his absence. This disapproves the scientific theories. We should rely on God from which our help comes. Nature and genetics are different being that genetics is done through man – a God made creature. Genetically engineering being a science, it keeps changing with time to time due to innovations and inventions; however, God is omni present and acts in extra ordinary ways that are beyond human imagination. Before science came in to existence, god created the world and all the content, God realized that the creature ”Man” who was Adam at that time was lonely, Eve was created to keep Adam company. They sinned against God resulting in to punishment; Adam (man) was to work hard in order to obtain food for the family while Eve (woman) was to have labor pain during deliveries.
