Technological advancement The current staff has the ability to handle only the existing technology at the facility. In order to ensure advanced management, there is need to introduce new technologies to handle both the inmates and the staff. The ten years will mean that the facility introduce a biometric register for its staff with an aim of accounting for all its staff and increasing effectiveness. The facility also needs to introduce Radio Frequency Identification tags (RFID) to tract and manage inmates. Those with positive recommendation will be enrolling in a program to mentor inmates and use life experience to advocate for change.
