They keep strict vigil in day to day operational systems of the organization and also follow the business trends of the market for identifying the current or future potential risks.3) Each and every employee should be encouraged to give more improved input and all the employees should be given equal opportunities to share their thoughts. The employee should be much more equip and training for identifying the risk. It will help them to analyze or foresee the risks and their inputs can be improved.4) Inputs of the employees are significantly important because they are directly related to the day to day operational system of the organization.

Employees of the organization perform their duties day in day out. They are very closely involved with the whole business operations irrespective of any functional departments. That is why their inputs are important for measuring reality.
