A sponsorship proposal is an important document in the process of seeking for sponsorship that leads to a marketing partner (Milne & McDonald, 1999). The process of creating an effective sponsorship proposal is a demanding and misunderstood facet but most asked for.Plone Conference 2014 is one of the biggest Plone events in the world. The Plone Community through the support of the Brazilian Python Association and important sectors in the Brazilian government will have the opportunity to host the event.

The event will be held concurrently from the month of October 10th to 12th, incorporated with training sessions, followed by sprints. The EventThis event stands as one of the most recognised events in the Plone Content Management System (CMS). The target audience for the event are developers, managers, agencies of the government, students, education institutions, and any party interested in learning about technology. As a result, the event brings together the leading developers and contributors around the world and enable them share relevant success stories.

Other Plone events were held in Arnhem, San Francisco, Bristol, Budapest, Washington DC, Naples, Seattle, Vienna, and New Orleans. Furthermore, it will enjoy 5 conference passes and 7 training passes.Gold LevelUnder this level, the sponsor enjoys an investment portfolio of US $ 4,500 but only limited to eight sponsors. As a result, the sponsor will be entitled to a prominent space of 2.25 M² at the entrance hall. The brand logo of the sponsor will be placed in the Plone Conference websites at the footer page, in conference rooms, tote bag inserts as well as the twitter accounts of the client. The sponsor will also enjoy 3 conference passes and 5 training passes.
