The role of corporate communicators is significant in the administration of the organization and projection of the organization’s aims and objectives in the eyes of the public and stakeholders.

Corporate communicators normally use a variety of techniques to communicate with different people. The administrators and managerial staff use effective communication to disseminate information about the changes that need to be made and make special efforts to create a barrier-free work environment. The barrier-free atmosphere and friendliness testify mutual respect and easy accessibility of management facilitating better understanding and individual growth. The shared beliefs and value system of the organizations encourage creative products that can be easily observed in the organizational behaviour and performance.

Leadership is an integral part of human social behaviour which is intricately linked with strong communication skills. Leadership can be defined as a persuasive communication skill which inspires others to achieve a common goal. Educational leadership assumes special meaning because it motivates and encourages others to put their best efforts. It is equally important that certain basic assumptions about the organizational leadership qualities especially which relates to the individual approach of tackling issues and objectives may create a vast difference to the results achieved.

Corporate leaders are not pre-defined and moulded into certain stature. They are people who may be in the position to influence and motivate others to give their best. Peer leadership and administrators both can take up the role of leaders because both of them have the capacity to wield considerable influence among the employees and employees alike so that they give their best.
