New Market in Canada Memo 25 June Business team members Cc: Anyone else that may get the copy
From: The team leader
Subject: New market in Canada
Concerning the issue of opening a new market in Canada, there are still matters pending that are delaying delivery. Even though some of the things have already been transported to the place, they have not been delivered yet because of the issues related to customs. Some of the team members already are having the problems with this, and they have sent the complaint. Therefore, there is an urgent need to come up with solutions that can help. The custom issues are to be cleared so that the company is set free to begin and operate.
Members of the tea need to come up with the innovative ideas on how we can go about this problem. We may also be forced to consider hiring a customs broker to start us off, and ensure that the business runs smoothly. With the custom broker, it may be easier since they may be aware of the rules and regulations needed on how it can be done quickly and economically. Such individuals will also assist in dealing with the documents like clarifying the entry processes as well as calculate the taxes needed.
We will also need to acquire a customs bond that acts as a financial backing, which will assure us the obligations that may be put by the law. Any new information about this is welcomed and highly appreciated.
Every member is expected to appear in the meeting without failure, and any permission not to attend should be asked before the day of the meeting.
