Callister states that women ought to be given equal chances to work in organizations to enhance the Gross Domestic Product of a nation. This is because women who stay at home taking care of the young ones and conducting household do not contribute to the growth of the nation’s economy. Callister came up with six-year research, to improve the recruitment and progress of women in organizations. As a result, there was an improvement in the recruitment and advancement of women between 2003 and 2009 at Utah State. Currently, most women can advance their studies, resulting in a reduction in illiteracy and women's unemployment rate (Eaton 2).

Sexual harassers should be punished by the organization or the government law department.
