It also be points out that the recent renewable energy development programs (Bayer,p185) continues will reduce the cost of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, improve their quality and develop the potential rural PV market besides improving the after-sale services which imply that china has received less support as on the renewable energy advancements and sustainability. In concussion, there still remains a lot that the republic of china has to undertake if it has to combat global warming problems, collaborate with the international communities’ treaties, rules and regulations and eventually improve the equality of life of the general public (UN-Energy).
