This will carry on to be a concern because supported by the data from the credit union, there are more or less 4 million citizens with outstanding sub-prime mortgages along with about 1.5 million borrowers are following their loans, with more than 2 million maybe dealing with foreclosure within the subsequent two years. Because of the existing situation of the subprime mortgage crisis, the UK pound has declined against other currencies during the last few months (Forrest and Yip, 2011, p. 193). This is important because, now, the outcomes of this crisis are gradually being felt overseas. The phenomenon being studied is the 2004 Tsunami in Indonesia and its impact on the economy of Indonesia. It shall study trends and patterns in the GDP from before the tsunami and soon after the tsunami in order to establish strong and logical findings. Therefore, for this study we consider phenomenology research methodology as the most appropriate research strategy.

The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the total quality management on the business firms in U.K. Our research was to answer a few questions on the use and the impact of the quality management at the telecom sector in U.K.
When no regulations exist, it translates to mean that the government has given reign of the market to the business community. In this situation, the market tends to operate without any government oversight. However, in the pro-regulation scenario, a set of policies are enacted by the government that seek to influence, or rather control, the behaviour of persons, firms or organisations in relation to the economy.

Despite a decrease in international arrivals during previous years, the trend reversed in 2011 and United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) has forecasted a “continued growth in 2012” (Sloan, Legrand & Chen 2013). Similarly, major events such as Olympics and Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, have further boosted the industry in the UK.
Thus subprime mortgage lending started out of the imprudent and relatively high risk high return lending decision making because bankers in order to earn more started to bet on something which had the potential of providing higher returns. Capitalizing on the exapnsionary monetary policy of the FED, banks and financial institutions started to look for other opportunities where the rate of return is higher as the prime rates in the country plummed to 4% only.(Murali, Muralikirishin & Yellavalli,2008).
