The first part is based in light of vendor management, student support, the customer uses organization, and the value of customers, all these felids are analyzed with relation to the new approaches and their effectiveness in these felids consequently it was found that ISD is extremely effective for these fields, the second part reflected the for failure management in order to fulfill the requirements of ISD.  By all this, we can come to the conclusion that requirements of information systems development in the economic units through the integrated system of accounting and administrative information is very important for a number of fields and can be evaluated through new approaches of ISD.

Information Systems Development

Introduction

Information system seems to be affected by economic units. Economic units encompass production, consumption, and exchange, which can function in different interconnected fields as explained below:

The firm makes production decisions. These include decisions such as what goods to produce, how these goods are to be produced as well as what prices to charge. It employs a variety of factors in production. Furthermore, it also involved selling the finished goods to the household for utilization. The household is accountable for making consumption decisions as well as its factors of production. It provides factor services in production and directly buys from the firm for means of consumption. The government is the body in charge of regulating the consumption of goods.  The financial unit is the one through which the goods are brought and sold. (Campbell et 2001 p 7)

There is evidence that a cumulative research tradition is beginning to develop, where economic units will be used to evaluate accounting and management information systems. The consensus seems to exist that the phenomena of concern to the science of the field in question involve the interaction of MIS and AIS with regard to economic units. To date, many theories have been proposed and tested, but very few have gained consistent experimental support. A number of relevant constructs have been identified, and appropriate measurement instruments for these have either been developed or borrowed from other fields. (Paul etal 2005 p 23)

Research objective

The goal of the study is to study the requirements of information systems development in the economic units through the integrated system of accounting and administrative information.

 Scope of the study

The scope of the study is that it will help in understanding how ISD approaches help in information systems development in the economic units through the integrated system of accounting and administrative information. It also aims to provide a clear overview of how these approaches operate.

Focus of Study

In this paper my focus will be on the effectiveness of ISD's new approaches, and what are their limitations.  I have also focused on To what extent newer ISD approaches (general or specific) cater to the emergent nature of IS requirements is also evaluated in this paper.  For this part I have used AIS and MIS approaches to give a detailed, explanation of the effectiveness of the approaches.  For this I have selected vendor management, the value of a customer, the customer user organization, and student support systems, in each of these fields I have explained how the new approaches have made them more effective.
