Emiratis occupy only 9 percent of the employment in UAE. The study will be conducted to find out the schemes that DP World uses, in order to increase the employment opportunities for Emiratis. The study also takes into account the effectiveness of the strategies of Emiratization that are being used by DP. Objectives of Research The main objective of this research is to identify different schemes of Emiratization, which are being implemented on organizational level in UAE. The research takes into account all the Emiratization strategies that are effective. The research is quite important from economical point of view as it provide the details about the about the increasing employment opportunities for the Emiratis. The objective of this study is: Investigate human and organizational barrier in the successful implementation of the Emiratization schemes, in private as well as public sector. Identify the difference between the traits of employees in private and public sector and how do the Emiratization schemes affect them. How can one develop and implement policies and strategies in order to enhance the employment rate of the Emiratis in public and private sector. Research Questions The research question must fully identify the Emiratization schemes in DP world. The questions that will be asked for the purpose of collecting primary data from the organization include: Determine the Emiratization schemes, which are being implemented in your organization. Indentifying that which of these schemes is actually effective in increasing the employability of the Emiratis in DP world. What are the end results when one compare the ratio of the Emiratis employees in DP world to that in other organizations. Research Design Research design can be defined as the strategy designed to investigate the research questions. It also defines the procedure necessary to conduct a study. The primary data that will be collected for the purpose of research will be examined using both the qualitative and quantitative tools. Quantitative analysis is based on the positivist approach of social sciences, whereas qualitative research is critical approach to social sciences [MIF13]. Both qualitative as well as quantitative analysis have separate benefits. Quantitative analysis of data allows interpreting the answers of the respondents and providing its statistical representation. This approach provides a brief view of the detail finding of the study. It also eliminates the error of subjectivity and clearly recognizes the dependent and independent research variables. One of the major advantages of qualitative analysis is that it promotes flexibility present in the research environment. It does not restrict the environment where the individuals are providing answers to the questions being asked (Ernst 2). Methods of Data collection The data will be collected from the respondents in the form of questionnaire and interview. As decided the sample for this study are the employees of DP world. The research design selected will be quite suitable for the study. Questionnaire is an easy and cost effective mean of collecting data from respondents. It is also a reliable mean as respondents are provided with option, so they are clear about what they want to choose. It is the most concisely used tool of data collection, which will help us to collect the specific information on a particular topic. The data will be collect regarding the area of interest from the selected respondents. (Alan C. Repp 501-508). Questionnaire is a suitable tool for this study because it will add uniformity in the questions asked from the respondents, so basically each respondent receive the same set of questions. On the other side interview is also reliable and valid measure of collecting data. It is a source of getting verbal and instant response from the respondent. It is quite an effective source of collecting data as the interviewer and the respondent are face to face and therefore there isn’t any sort of misunderstanding regarding the questions. It also provides the observation of the verbal as well as non-verbal behavior of the respondents. Data Analysis The data must be organized before being analyzed. The data analysis process consists of several steps. The data collected from the respondents will first be correctly interpreted. After that the interpretation of the data will be discussed with experts, in order to check that whether or not the data has been correctly interpreted. This data will then be used to test the hypothesis of the research (Agresti 27). The preparation and organization of data requires several steps. The first step is the editing of data where the data is checked for its completeness and reliability. Next the blank responses from the respondents will be managed in a way that it does not affect the reliability of the data. The data will then be coded and processed for further analysis [Rob133]. The data collected will also be analyzed statistically through drawing its frequency distribution, taking its mean, average, standard deviation and checking the correlation of variables. The result of this analysis is then further analyzed for its accuracy and reliability. This result is also compared with the hypothesis in order to prove its reliability. The proposed way of data analysis is suitable for our research as it will help us to get to the accurate conclusion. There are several steps involved in the process of data analysis that will judge the accuracy and reliability of data of almost every level. These steps will evaluate and interpret the data in several different ways and will help us to get to the desired result. Problems that could occur during the Study It has happened several times that the respondents aren’t interested in answering the questions presented in the questionnaire. Some of them don’t even read the questions properly; this is one of the major limitations as well as a problem for the researcher. Another problem is that the validity of the study can also be questioned by the critics as the sample is selected from a single organization while the employees of other organizations can also be selected as the representatives for the research. Selecting interview as a data collecting tool has its own cons. Respondents do not open their heart in front of the interviewer; they limit their answers to a certain extent. This is another problem that can be faced while conducting the research. Many employees in the organization do not usually highlight the negativity of their organizations; therefore they go for answers, which portray the positive image of their firm. The only way to cope with these problems is to plan effective strategies, which will help you to generate accurate result. References to be used in Literature Review Charlie Karlsson, Robert G.
