Project management Number: Lecturer: Project management There are several components that are found in Royal Tyres & More, Inc. one of the key components of the project is to develop information systems that will handle the various modules. There will be the need to develop various modules for the various tasks that will need to be automated. The major components then are the finance, accounting, human resource, sales and inventory. There will be the need to develop a large system but with the various modules within the system.

The business requirements that will be defined here will include the need for the various departments to be able to communicate. The new system should allow the various users to be able to communicate. There should be a way in which a user in finance will access details of the accounting department. Most of these users do the same things. The system should be able to collaborate and share the common files and data. Most of the business processes should be automated. The risk management plan will be in form of a matrix that will handle the various risks that are likely to occur.

They are stated in the table.The risks that will be met and will have to be encountered include the following:Scheduling risks – these include the timescale and the creation of the schedule, budget, human resource, managing the project itself, expectations, technical objectives, risks from internal and external environments. These risks will help get the overall feeling of the whole process and how they are handled (Chiang, & Hardgrave, 2009). The work breakdown structure is stated below:1.
