Aside from ensuring that the implemented control processes help in minimizing the costs and reducing productivity, it must also prevent the excess of the latter. In this regard, the organizations have demonstrated their need for an Information Technology Management Strategy that governs both the macro and the microenvironment to ensure high-quality output. This also significantly provides them with the needed networks to facilitate a relationship between fellow businesses. Also, it allows them to ensure smooth-sailing operations processes.

Moreover, the failure to plan properly would likewise result in resistance and clashes with the operational systems currently implemented which could once again damage the environment where the organization is operating in.
Undeniably, success is ensured within the strategic framework of Information Technology Management Strategy when it has the ability to demonstrate effectiveness in terms of operational management. Cogently, the proper regard given to both the macro and micro environments allows the company to demonstrate the development of a relationship with the target objective. A company’s strategy related to the management of Informational Technology is important in terms of ensuring the proper control and supervision of the company that benefits all the entities therein.
Because of this, it is evident that most of the strategic decisions in terms of operations management come from the Information Technology Team that work hand in hand with the internal project member teams. Thus, the team dealing with the management of Informational Technology must be able to connect the internal system with the initiatives of the entire company relating to Enterprise Risk Management and Enterprise Resource Planning as well as to the other strategic management efforts related to the delivery of superior results.
In this regard, it is evident that the strategy relating to the management of Information Technology is considered an important aspect and objective of the Enterprise Resource Planning process.
