The paper "Types of Health Insurance" is a good example of a literature review on health sciences and medicine. A literature review is an important requirement to understand what other authors, researchers, scientists, and general view of the social belief or understand about something. This literature review addresses the health sector within Saudi Arabia incorporating the impacts on expatriates and different modes of health financing that exist. Moreover, the paper addresses different insurance policies across the world and their applicability to Saudi Arabia expatriates.

      • 2.1.1 Health

In order for an organism to be healthy, there should be a sign of life in it. However, life, the ability of a creature to show signs of motion, metabolizes and feed just to state. When the issue of health is narrowed down to implicitly human beings, we find that unless you are sick, it is obvious that you will show the signs mentioned above. In a wider perception, life refers to the health condition of a human being, which should be our implicit reference point. Apart from life, health is the extensive state of a human being with reference to all the aspects and factors that constitutes a person. This discussion seeks to clarify the issue of health and to determine who is healthy.

      • 2.1.2 Being healthy

According to the world health organization, the term health refers to the social, psychological, and physical well-being exclusive of infirmly and/ or diseases. Health being a basis for day-by-day survival, the issue of physical psychological, and social well-being may not have much weight on the designation. While considering the marginalized, discriminated persons with disability in one way or the other (Margulis, 2000, p. 87). There are socially, psychologically, and physically disabled members of the society who also make part of the healthy population despite the disability which in most cases do not mean inability.

In order to be healthy, a personage and humanity need to settle on healthy discipline applications throughout the coherent efforts of healthiness maintenance, progress, and enhancement. There are various approaches generally determining the prevailing healthy conditions in a human being.
